Great product, great quality, got here ahead of time, and works exactly as designed

Excellent fast service during challenging times.

I'm a volunteer for a church in the Boston area. We have bought two AV systems from Focused Technology -- the second one after the excellent experience we had with the first one. We stumbled across FT while looking for a projector for the first system. They gave us some good advice and beat Sweetwater's price not only on the projector but on the motorized screen, mixer, and amplifier as well. The second system was for a huge room, involving a laser 8,000 Lumen projector and 193" diagonal measure screen. FT was able to guide us to the right equipment for this demanding application. We definitely recommend FT to others and will consult them again for any future needs.

My old screen was 13years old and needed to be replaced. The salesman was very patient looking at various options. Ended up finding me a replacement screen that fit my old frame. Super easy to install and looks great.

I got the best projector out there for the money.

They had an item in stock that had been difficult to find - a projector bag that the projector's manufacturer didn't carry, neither did Staples or other office supply places. Appreciated being able to order it and get prompt delivery.

I work for a property management company and sometimes getting invoices paid for "out of network" vendors can be slow to process. Christopher was great and worked with me during that time and shipped my order as soon as the invoice was paid.
Quality of the product is as expected and I am pleased with my purchase.

I ordered an item that was backordered at every store I checked. I called to ask when they would get it in and was told "next week", which was the best answer I had gotten from any store. About 15 minutes later, I received an email asking if I had accidentally ordered the wrong item and I had. The sales team went above and beyond to check on my order and not simply give me a quick answer and move on. Thanks for helping me out of my own mistake!

I bought a projector and it is working to its potential. I got it at an affordable price of which it would have been really expensive somewhere else. The delivery time was not that bad though. The entire process of acquiring the projector was smooth, I did not have any problems with it so far, everything is working fine. I got exactly what I ordered.
