Fast expert service, for a potentially complex job.

The screen is and works as described. It takes a few days for the new smell to 'air out', just a heads-up if you have a sensitive nose.

Due to size, this economy screen is too large for UPS and must be shipped by truck. S&H on this item had to be exorbitant. IIRC, this screen did not arrive at my doorstep exactly on time but that is understandable considering the trouble and cost Focused Technology must have gone through in getting this large screen delivered to my very rural address.

Thumbs up to Focused Technology for doing whatever it takes in getting the product to the customer.

Every question I asked was promptly and fully answered. The follow up afterwards was superb as well. I’d recommend Focus Technology to anyone looking for projection screens.
