After a few sales pitch calls to us last year, we agreed to switch to them for our small business' MS 365 subscription. After a year, realising that their support wasn't all that good, we decided we would go back to Microsoft only to be told that we signed up to a 5 year Contract!!! This was never mentioned in their sales pitch. We NEVER would have agreed AND we may be retiring in a year anyway so will not be needing it!
ALSO they are saying that the 'Get-out' penalty would be the whole of the remaining fee, which is another 4 years! Why on earth would anyone end a subscription if they had to keep paying for it???

Recent install went smoothly, they liaised with the IT guys and sorted out all the technical stuff that I don't understand which was great.
Had my training today with Adam who was careful to make sure that I was happy with how it all worked and gave me instructions on who to contact if I needed any more training.

The Teams Voice user training was excellent and extremely well delivered. The trainer (Adam Hamilton) explained everything clearly and at an ideal pace, making the session accessible even for those with little prior experience. Core functions such as making and receiving calls, managing voicemail, using call forwarding, and understanding call settings were covered in a straightforward and practical way.
What stood out most was how user‑focused the session was. The trainer anticipated common questions and issues, offering clear, reassuring guidance and useful tips that will genuinely help day‑to‑day use. There was plenty of opportunity to ask questions and clarify understanding without feeling rushed.
The session was well structured and highly relevant, giving me confidence to use the new system effectively in my role. I left feeling much more comfortable with the system and better equipped. Thanks Adam!

Avoid this company at all costs.
Our experience with Focus Group has been consistently frustrating and time-consuming. They repeatedly fail to fix issues, send incorrect bills, and provide misleading or outright wrong information. When these mistakes are pointed out, they take no responsibility whatsoever.
Communication is shockingly poor - expect to wait months for a proper response, if you get one at all. Even after leaving them, we’re receiving invoices. Thank god we've removed direct debit.
It genuinely feels like you have to audit every single bill yourself and be prepared to spend hours disputing errors just to avoid being overcharged. Dealing with them has been exhausting, and the service was not good either.
If you value your time, money, and sanity, steer clear.

Onsite training is a must for all installations.
Irene Wilson, Paul Apps, and Matt Carr were absolutely fantastic during the days before and after Go‑Live Day. They stayed on top of everything, watching the system, jumping on issues the moment they popped up, and keeping everyone in the loop without adding stress. Their mix of technical know‑how and Irene’s training made learning feel easy and approachable. They were patient, supportive and genuinely invested in helping us. Their communication helped the whole team feel confident and supported. Thanks to their effort and attitude, the go‑live felt smooth and well‑controlled.

We have had issues since January and cannot get in touch with anyone to support us. Several hours spent on the phone trying to get a contact name/number/email address and no one returns calls.

Just finished a migration to an upgraded phone system and the whole thing was brilliant. Exactly the kind of excellent service I've come to expect over the years of working with them. Barry Shields was amazing at the actual setup and quick demo, and Adam Hamilton gave us incredibly useful and detailed training session. The whole thing was seamless, and the new system is very powerful and customisable.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR BUSINESS!
I had to as they bought a local comms business I was in contract with. They have overcharged me significantly over the last 9 months and owe my business upwards of £1300. I have raised this with them early February and cancelled by DD. I have sent a further 7 emails chasing and all I have received back is threatening emails to cancel our broadband...
Still no contact....3 months and counting.....
