SCAM SCAM SCAM I would give zero stars if that was an option. After months of waiting for my suitcase and emails saying "it's been delayed" it turns out the package was delivered to an address in Puerto Rico. Not me! They must have "drop houses" where they send your merch and then someone at the address retrieves it to sell to someone else.

I ordered suitcases, i got receipt the phone number diddnt work and wouldnt respond to my emails, ive been chasing now to long to get money back from bank DO NOT ORDER from them total scammers

1 star is too kind. Still not received my suitcase ordered in October 22. Emailed said they had problems and will sort issues sent another email last week for it to bounce back to me. Scammed hope t h is is a useful review for people

Never got potsms and pans for 39.99. Called USP to track shipping number found out package was delivered to another address but USP won't give that information also package only weighed 5 ounces. Disputed card used got money back , but focus disputed and my CU paid again. Everyone needs to file with USP mail fraud unit NOW. Lets stop these people or at least shut them down through mail orders.

I ordered a suitcase last Sept 2022 but never arrived. I followed up many times and they promised they will do something about it but till now nothing has arrived. I sent an email to them today and it came back saying the address is not found. Just like what I've read from others who experienced the same. I hope this will be dealt with properly by authorities even FB maybe because they make advertisements in FB.

Should have known better than to think this offer of a Le Creuset set was anything but a scam. Paid about $50 for a set of bakeware that was worth at least $500. Thought it was worth the gamble. Same MO as other posters on this site-they pretend to send it to the wrong place to stall for time. I imagine they're just scamming others under a different name. Thought it was worth the gamble. So for fifty bucks, I am a little poorer and a little smarter.

I also was scammed I guess. I just contacted my bank to dispute the charges and they said I will receive the funds back to my cc in 2-3 business days.

This company is a scam, please read these reviews and do not buy from them. Their email has now been shut down and hopefully Facebook and other places will shut them down.

I placed an order on October 8, 2022 and I did not receive the package or the refund, I sent an email and they do not respond to the email address at all. What to do ? Normally, I don't even answer phone numbers at all

This company is definitely a scammer. Ordered luggage inSept never received it. Supposedly I needed to pay a shipping fee which I paid and they asked me to pay again. Never received order

So I have been scammed. On the 1st September 2022 I ordered the pot set for $37.99. Till the 2nd January 2023 have not received the products.
On various occasions I contacted them requesting a update. They shipped my product on 2 separate occasions but to different people not ME.
I sent a mail in beginning of January 2023 only for it to return (Address unknown).
Being on a fixed income I cannot afford to loose that amount of money
What do I do now?? Any suggestions???

Yet another person scammed I see. I ordered a tent in august 2022…..it never arrived .After ongoing emails back & forth promising that they’d look into/provide tracking details/look into it some more (my package was apparently delivered to Ireland) I requested a refund. My emails are now being returned as ‘address not found’. My 6 year old is devastated as we were due to go camping….it’s very difficult trying to explain why some people are so unkind to an autistic child.

Placed an order like in September of 2022. I never received my order it was delivered to Georgia. We emailed back and forth regarding this matter and I requested my refund. They insisted that they will resend my package and now the package is and in Irvin, CA. I do not appreciate what they did regarding my package that I haven't received as of yet. I still would like to get my money refunded. If there's any way that I could get my money refunded I'll be greatly appreciated. Thank you

Got the run around between text and email. No contact number available. Ordered was delivered to other countries.

I ordered 2 items on the 26 August 2022 and have had the same experience. They said they could not give me a refund cause my parcel was delivered to South Africa, but they could not give me a contact name or number as where i could find the parcel. They said it was delivered to JC SPARES - NORTHMEAD. No such place. Then they said Vanderbjyl Park, but they could not give contact numbers and further details.What a SCAM.

I ordered cookware from Focusnovelty on Oct 3rd. I never received my merchandise despite many messages, and clearly lies from them. They are a scam! Never do business with them.

Well I guess I'm a sucker like everyone else for this site. I ordered the BOGO suitcases for $39.99 way back in October some excuse say ended up in Canada and then they were supposed to resend them and today I go to call the number message number and a reject on an email. I have corresponded with them ever since and still have not received my refund. I guess if it's too good to be true it is and don't order anything again what a scam.

I ordered a suitcase August/September 2022 till today, no order no money received. December I was told it will be delivered within seven days. They told me it was delivered in Durban, whereas I stay in Johannesburg. Now the email is not working. These people need to be reported.
