Helpful but expensive
Prompt delivery and have been really helpful for my son who is having to follow a fodmap diet. They are really expensive so can't buy them very often.

The bars were bought as a gift
The bars were bought as a gift, but the review of them is that they are delicious, great protein levels, but with none of the nasty feelings of struggling to digest something heavy, after eating them.

Delicious and helps with my bloating
Personally, I find these delicious. I have only tried two flavours so far: Peanut Choc Chunk and Double Chocolate. I enjoy both very much. I use them as a substitute for lunch when I am on the go which is when I suffered the most from bloating. Using them has ped me a lot to reduce, even eliminate, the bloating and pain. I also think they are good value for money and so far have had good experience with communication and delivery. I would therefore recommend and will continue to purchase them myself.

A perfect snack when you are following a low Fodmap diet. There are so many things you can’t eat, but these snacks are perfect whenever you need one. Out for a coffee or sitting watching tv with that afternoon cuppa. Fodbod every time!

Taste great
Taste great, good variety in the intro pack. Speedy delivery. Only downside for me is that even in bulk they’re quite pricey so will probably be an occasional treat.

Difficult to find protein bars if you have IBS and want to avoid FODMAPs.This one causes no agitation to the bowel and creeps down silently!
The sweetness is not overwhelming and it avoids the “comedown” after the dopamine kick in bars loaded with polyols. So you stay satiated for longer.
Good one. Bit pricey, though.

I was interested in trying these as most protein bars are rough on my sensitive digestion. So, I ordered the sample pack to try all the Fodbods and am glad I did as they are all delicious and come with no unwanted after effects! Good to see non-protein options too, just for a snack.
