Lost order and no money back
I ordered a foot cream for diabetes. I chose PostNord as a delivery company. When I came to pick up from the parcel box, it was open and empty. I wrote several times to PostNord, at the end I received an email that the parcel was sent back to Fodmagasinet. I wrote immediately to Fodmagasinet on 3 September, and attached all email communication with PostNord. Since I haven't heard anything from them I followed up on 30 September. They neither replied to me and nor sent my money back.
Waste of time and money.
