Absolute scam!! Order placed over 6 weeks ago. No reply to any emails and now page has disappeared. Wouldn’t except PayPal when buying, total red flag! Lesson learned

Order placed 19th September. Still not received bracelet and have tried contacting via email twice nobody has replied. Terrible customer service. Wish I had read the reviews before buying.

Absolutely awful company. Brought a necklace for my mums 70th and item arrived late (even after paying postage for express delivery). Item was nothing like picture. Extremely cheap looking, looked like cardboard in the middle and the bag was plain with no logo on it. Awful product. Requested a refund and heard back days later asking me to send item back. Did this and paid for tracked delivery (I didn’t trust the company by this point) and over 20 days later….no refund and no communication!! Awful company, rip off merchants. Avoid at all costs

Do not use under any circumstances. Made an order, after it arrived on the same day i wanted to return it as the colour didnt match. The refund policy states you need to contaxt their email address which i did 7x!! Not only that i also used ‘chat’ but no one is responding there. Please avoid!!

Purchased the clover necklace bracelet and earring set. Necklace and bracelet both broke. Emailed the company and never heard back. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

Bracelet is cheap looking, too short and not the colour advertised. Have tried to return, but no reply to any of my emails requesting a refund.

After countless emails my refund is never answered or paid. Doesn’t also come in the time it says.

Purchased a bracelet in DECEMBER 2024, despite numerous emails and posting it back as on 21/03/2025 I have still not received a refund, never mind having had to pay to post it back. They have also now just stopped responding to emails. Wildly unprofessional scam of a company. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE

Rubbish service paid to get next day delivery nothing as of yet do not use them to order anything rip off. Sent email, messages but no reply

Purchased a bracelet on 31/01 and as of 18/02 still not received anything. Have emailed several times and not had any response. Awful company, should be reported to trading standards.

The bracelets I ordered were nothing like the description or pictures on the website. I have tried to return and been in contact with the company many times. No reply

I ordered a necklace for my daughter it looked lovely but the chain broke when trying it on. Tried to contact the company several times they just ignore your emails. Stay clear !

I did not get a confirmation email so i was slightly concerned once i handed the money over after reading some of the below reviews. However i bought the bracelet, came in around a weeks time and its exactly as expected. Love it!

Worst company ever took forever to ship my parcels after numerous emails but no reply paid for express shipping arrived after three weeks.quality is so cheap and horrible and definitely not 925 sterling silver as advertised on their website. Ordered for a gift on birthday well in advance , still have not got the item, emailed a number of emails and no reply , irresponsible company not thinking about other peoples money . The least you can do is havesome sort of system where you can be contacted seeing as people are putting some trust in your company.

The goods I received were of poor quality and too small to fit the intended recipient. I sent back by tracked post on 9th November, have not received any acknowledgment of receipt, or a refund. I have tried emailing twice, but still had no response. I would not order anything from this company! Looks like I’ll be going to the card company to get my money back
