Excellent lithium batteries. Extremely pleased with product and price in comparison to other brands. What really stands out is their customer service from online reception to tech team Reception sorting out courier hoc up was a excellent ( great communication and solution- focus). Tech team superb. Mark Cheeseman and Dave talked us through a number of queries with patience and an ability to make “informed decisions “ by making technical info accessible “ to non-techy people. Cannot speak highly enough of company and due to Mark/ Dave are now looking to use Fogstar for our solar storage

Excellent technical customer service, particularly speed of response. I didn't buy a leisure battery from them in the end, but that was for technical reasons - it wasn't compatible with my caravan, nothing to do with product spec or quality.

It's been a while since purchasing a 32kwh solar storage battery, the first battery had a fault but after checking power and fault log it was exchanged with no problem at all. The replacement battery works a treat so far and loads of capacity for home and for topping up the EV. You can't do better than these batteries for quality and price

Despite the fact that I haven’t purchased anything from this company, the helpful advice I have received from Mark has been very useful. I don’t have a lithium battery in my caravan at the moment, but when I upgrade to one, Fogstar will be my first choice.

As an installer and retailer we find Fogstar always helpful & knowledgeable team. Fantastic battery and mains charger ranges, cannot beat the price alongside the quality. Just a shame supply of some items are so sought after and sold out regularly. Get them while you can!

Lots of help and advice throughout the process of purchasing a battery. Chavarna greatly assisted in finalising the transaction.

My order didn't arrive on the specified day but apparently was due to a vehicle problem.
Chavarna in customer support chased it up and it was delivered before 10-30 next morning on special delivery.
She kept me informed promptly of progress and seems very competent.
Very pleased with the product aswell.

Have bought all my 18650 vape batteries from here for years & never had an issue. Delivery isn’t super fast but it’s not bad by a long stretch. They have great offers sometimes on Fridays. Definitely recommend to any Vapers out there

Excellent prompt customer service, dealt with Mark who guided me around the additional settings once the battery had been locked out when it was totally drained, turned out the issue was a fuse blown within the van rather than the battery.

Needed help to sort out flat battery, quick response from Fogstar, Mark. Very patient while sorted things out. Now know why we chose Fogstar

Great support on a technical issue

I bought a solar battery from Fogstar recently and forgot to mention that I needed a CAN communication cable with the battery, consequently it was not included in the delivery of the battery.
On realising this I contacted Fogstar and requested the cable.
Charvana in the customer service department responded quickly and shipped out the item, and told me the item would arrive two days later on Wednesday.
In my view this is a very good, no quibble, service from Charvana and Fogstar. In fact Fogstar provided very good prompt service and support before, during and after purchase.
The battery has not been installed yet but hopefully it will prove to be a good and productive purchase.

My camper went into 'a coma' whilst off grid, I reached out to Fogstar customer support and was reached out to first thing Monday morning. Following sharing the app dashboards, it was confirmed that the 300Ah battery was not the issue and with their technical guidance, I found the burned out fuse and managed to get us back to full health and full warmth withing a couple of hours, many thanks. Excellent battery giving us 5-6 days static off-grid and permanent off-grid endurance if we use the engine with or without solar. For this level of customer support, is the reason why I elected to pay a little more than the 'eco' cheap imports. I also have to thank the Fogstar approved installer: Total Off Grid, who phoned me just after it happened to assist and followed up with support in parallel.

I purchase a Lithium battery as a replacement for my caravan leisure battery. The price was not much more than a lead acid, so it was cost effective.

I replaced the solar panel controller, and needed advice for a fuse for the new battery. Mark from customer services was very helpful, and pointed me in the right direction.

Purchased my second solar battery from Fogstar, 5 starting because you’re always able to communicate promptly and easily when support is needed. Batteries appear to be really well made and it’s so useful they are fitted with really robust castors. You can also wall mount but I have not done this.

Fogstar 5.12kWh Battery Upgrade, I added another battery to bolster my initial installed capacity… I previously had a single battery and communications rack ready for another in the future. I recently added another battery which was installed relatively easily (although they really quite heavy). The tricky part was making sure it worked properly. Initially it gave the impression it was but I realised this wasn’t the case. Having contacted Fogstar technical, they helped resolve the issue with practical advise which resulted in swift resolution. Special thankyou to Phil. 👍🏾
