Order confirmed on the 2nd of October it’s now the 23rd and still no attempt to send or reply to my emails. Spank firm full of lazy staff who can’t even respond to an email.

Do not buy from here! My glasses never arrived. I didn't receive a shipping notification, messaged on multiple platforms, and emailed endlessly. I will be contacting my bank for a refund.

I brought these glasses to use at work since I’m on a computer all day. A week after I’d placed my order I realised they hadn’t arrived yet, emailed and messaged on other platforms multiple times trying to get an explanation. Took me contacting PayPal for a refund for them to reply the next day saying my item was in the post already. Also, very flimsy and broke the next day.

This company is a scam . We ordered a pair of glasses they didn’t arrive. Phoned the delivery company uk post office. Even had a tracking number. Nothing..emailed Fokuss they said there lost / stolen would send a replacement pair within 24/48 hours. Nothing. Tried to contact them by phone incorrect number. A full on scam company. Avoid.

My order has been displaced. I emailed and even tried messaging on IG but no response. It been over a week since delivery due date. Very disappointed.

Thank you so much for my lovely blue light glasses. I wear them all the time when I work as they have helped prevent headaches and sore eyes plus they look super cool too!

Amazing glasses! I use them almost everyday and they’ve helped me greatly, especially with reduced eye strain. Helpful and quick customer service too. Defo recommend!

I love my glasses! I’ve been looking for blue light glasses for a while because I spend most of my time on my phone working & I kept getting headaches, I’m so glad I came across fokuss! Headaches have reduced & I always get compliments because they’re so stylish.

The quality of the blue light glasses is great! I use them to prevent headaches and they’ve really been helpful.

There was a slight delay in postage but i got the glasses in the end! After only a few days of use i can definitely tell the difference in my irritated eyes and headaches. Would recommend.

Whilst the customer service is ok. The glasses are very cheap and fake blue light cancelling glasses. After a few weeks, I noticed the 'blue filter' was beginning to peel off. I took the glasses to my optician who shone a blue light through the lens and it shone right through - no reduction whatsoever.

Better off going to your optician and buying a legit pair at a slightly extra cost.

You also have to pay the postage for your returns!

Great glasses and excellent customer service! I have ordered a few pairs of blue light glasses over the last year and love all of them.

ordered a pair of glasses and a case. when closed, the top and bottom of the case didnt align. poor quality goods. when i returned the item they didnt refund me and thought they could get away with it until i emailed them a whole month after returning the item demanding my money back. avoid.

Bad quality and impossible to get a refund. Scam. Avoid.

Purchased these because of the price (£18 with discount). Was a bit of a wait and wasn’t worth it.

I ordered the Vetro glasses and they are just horrible. Quality isn’t great and just feels like cheap plastic. It said hassle free returns but that isn’t the case and I don’t want to go through the faff of returning them. I prefer to use the Quay pair; good quality and look great.

Brilliant service! I ordered my first pair, which were unfortunately faulty. Fokuss did not hesitate to send me a replacement pair, and allowing to keep the initial pair. On top of that, they also sent a lovely wooden box (usually extra charge), for the inconvenience caused. Made my day! Thank you all!

At first I got worried this was a scam because shipping was taking a while and without any updates. But I did receive my product, and the glasses are cute (although too big for my small face, but most glasses are) and have a slightly warm tint, which makes me feel like they are filtering blue light.

At first their customer service seemed a bit disjointed, but they did make it up to me in the end for the late shipping. Would recommend.

okay so my glasses finally came and also came in a lovely case the delivery was very long overall I'm happy with the glasses.

Very happy with my glasses really help with my headaches take the strain of my eyes the service from start to finish is amazing to highly recommend

This compamy is a Scam. Ordered two pairs on 19th October but haven’t received dispatch email for 8 days. Contacted them and was told there was a mistake and my order will be dispatched within 24 hours. Didn’t happen. Emailed to cancel the order and get a refund - no answer.
I guess all the positive reviews are fake and they are just scamming people for money. AVOID !
