The bed slides when one tries to get on…
The bed slides when one tries to get on and off so a slip pad could be place on the bottom to keep it in place. I also think it could be a number one seller if it had the right dimensions of a twin bed because you can find beddings to fit it.

Decent bed, not great delivery service
Overall, the bed appears to be solid and reasonably comfortable, and should work well for the intended purpose.
The delivery experience was less than great, though. The bed showed up on time, but it looks like it fell off the truck a few times along the way. The box was pretty damaged and some of the pieces inside had scrapes and dings in them.
I'd recommend this product, but probably better to pick it up rather than relying on delivery.

Bed is fine
My the legs at either end of my bed are off the ground when folded out. So the bed essentially rocks like a teeter-totter. I’ve been trying to call the customer service number for the past 2 days and no one answers.
Edit…turns out the customer service number I was calling (that comes in the box) is for the company that makes the bed. Foldingbed.ca was good to work with and gave directions on how to fix the bed.

Rick, which number are you calling?? We received only 1 email from you and I replied earlier today: the frames often come out right from the factory, if you flip the bed and press on the 2 middle supports it will straighten out. This needs to be done just once.

Great Service! Folding beds.ca - Jaybe Crown Premier roll away bed
I recently ordered the Crown Premier Folding bed from foldingbed.ca and was thoroughly impressed with the product and service. The bed was shipped quickly after I ordered and extremely easy to assemble. My order was missing the bolts for attaching the headboard so I reached out to the customer service and received a response within hours. They immediately shipped the missing bolts which arrived shortly. Wonderful customer service. The bed itself is also amazingly comfortable. It is 30” wide which is half the width of a queen bed. This might be small for some people but is perfect for me. The bed rolls into the closet easily and only uses half of a normal closet space. This bed is a absolutely perfect. So comfortable. It is low to the ground so that may be an issue for some, but for me it’s really perfect. As comfortable as my regular bed. The pocket coils and spring support system are amazing.
I had originally been looking at a Murphy bed solution, but after coming across these Jaybe rollaway beds I realized that I could get more space free in my spare room by going with a roll away bed instead of a Murphy bed. I was very surprised that the rollaway beds from Jaybe are a much more affordable option than Murphy beds and in my case are an overall better solution.
I strongly recommend the seller Foldingbeds.ca as well as the product Jaybe Crown Premier rollaway bed.

Good product
Good product. Extremely poor customer care. One can send an email to the company...never, never expect an answer. There is no phone # to talk to anyone...none. I had a delivery point concern (wrong village on shipper's label). I was concerned...ultimately contacted courier company...got it straightened out. But the actual shipper, Folding Bed.ca...does not communicate in an appropriate way. Am satisfied with the final outcome and product quality.

I'm sorry for no replies, we were short staffed during the week when you emailed us and we did have an auto-responder to that effect. But failure to reply is only one detail. Great product Good Service
Website is easy to navigate price range is good, availability is great. People were quick to respond to emails and pick up if you wanted that was available o problem. The product was as advertised and the quality is good. The guests using the beds were quite happy this past weekend. Ted Ramm
