AWESOME COMPANY, GREAT PEOPLE. My husband and I are starting our own Box Truck business and Christine Deziel at Foley Services has been a big help. She has guided us every step of the way to ensure we get started smoothly. She responds very fast to calls and emails. I am very happy with this company and everything Christine has done for us. Always ask questions and go by what Foley Services tells you to because if you are not careful you will spend money on stuff you don't even need. Long time Foley customer, they help us to meet the compliance for CDL drivers' random drug/alcohol testing, although sometimes the same people are selected "randomly" but the program works. Any issues with accessing online invoices or selecting an alternate random have been handled. Our client representatives have always enthusiastically been available, as the Foley staff that answer the phones. Their online portal could use some fine tuning, as it has not been explained how to update items that need so-called attention.

I call for help, everyone whom I speak with filters me back to my representative, I have tried my representative many times and I never get a response. I am not completing my alerts because I do not know what information is required and where to upload the information so the alerts will clear. I need someone to ask questions and get answers and there is no one.

Foley used to be one of the best consortium company, but not any more I have being selected for a random every month this is absurd, they make me feel like I am on prohibition this is not fair and waste of time. I was advertising Foley to everyone I know and two of my friends companies already signed up with Foley for years because of me, but now we are all agreed to move to a different consortium company that allow us random selection every quarter not monthly. By the way Foley customer service representatives are very professionals and always nice!.
