Very healthy and well packed plant. Unfortunately there was one plant that ordered couldn’t be delivered as it was out of stock hence 1 star less.

Most of my plants in my order arrived in excellent condition to Sweden. A few suffered some damage in shipping and customer service was very understanding and very quickly shipped a replacement. I will definitely order from here again, customer service is excellent!

Thank you for the beautiful and healthy plants! Everything went great for the company, in fact here in Finland the box was on the Posti's shelf the wrong way round, even though the box says 'this side up' 😅 Luckily the somersault did not harm the plants.. I will continue to order 👌🏻

Beautiful plants that arrived very healthy despite an issue with the transport, which wasn't the seller's fault and which they tried hard to solve. Only one tiny plant seems to have suffered, and I was immediately offered a refund. I'll definitely buy from them again as they have many rare plants I haven't seen anywhere else, or only at much higher prices. It did take a couple of weeks from the time I made the order until the plants were here, so don't wait until the last minute if you need them by a specific date. Overall, the quality and service definitely make up for this.

I was a bit upset at the shipping cost when ordering at first, but seeing how carefully everything was packed, I can only understand and I'm actually thankful for all that attention.
I've received my plants 3 weeks ago and they're healthy, beautiful and thriving.

A seller, who cares about their clients exceptionally well. I had a lost shipment due to carrier mistake, and plants were reshipped again with no hesitation and damaged plants also replaced. Do recommend and will order more!

The plant came perfect. Packed safely and with care. It has already grown a new leaf and it’s healthy!

I was so shocked when i got the package, from outside it was packed perfectly but when i opened it, the small plants is so dry and fell out from the pot and yes i try to save it by put it inside my greenhouse but seems its not survive. One of the hoya that i got is root rot and the leaves is yellow, I don't know what happened, might be the distance. I'm to dissapointed to write you right away after i got the package, but next time please be more concern about the plant you sent to your customer. Thank you

A couple of plants arrived damaged on the mail and I took photos and contacted the customer service right away. They were really helpful and immediately offered to send the damaged plants again without further costs. Highly recommended❣️👍

Very good ! Impressive packaging

The plants looked beautiful when they arrived. My only concerns were the packaging was not done very well, I found one of my plants tilting and it was root bound that I have no choice but repot it right away. Overall, they are very nice. Thank you!

Very pleased with my purchase. The plants came well packed, with no fallen leafs (remarkably, since they did a Germany-Portugal trip). And are already settled and growing.

Four stupendous philodendrons, well rooted.
The packaging was the best I've ever seen in international shopping.
The transport from the Netherlands to Portugal took exactly 7 days, but the plants came out of the packaging without a single scratch.

I will certainly buy again, I'm just waiting for some plants to be back in stock.
