POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
Ordered flowers on Februar, 12/2026 promised to be delivered on February 13th. Then it was changed to February 14th but then there is tracking note that said undelived unknow recipient. I got no email notification no phone call. Then tracking order says will get delivered on Monday the 16th...She'll be o. A plane back to usa. Tried calling the number they provided does not exist. When we googled the company they say they have no such order even tough we have invoice...buyer beware!!!

Ordered flowers with promised delivery date of 2 Feb, trackers now shows that it would be delivered only on 6th Feb, not sure what the condition of those flowers would be after being in-transit for 5 days !

Delay and poor customer service
I ordered a bouquet for my sister’s birthday. On the expected delivery date, I realized it hadn’t arrived because my sister didn’t message me. When I checked the tracking link, I saw that the delivery date had been changed to the following day, without any notification from the company. On top of that, no one answered the phone when I tried to call, and my emails also went unanswered. While the bouquet itself is nice, the overall experience was very disappointing due to the poor communication and lack of customer support.
Disappointing seasonal bouquet
I ordered a seasonal bouquet from Foliflora for a sick friend, and I was left extremely disappointed. The flowers delivered looked nothing like what was advertised on their website, the selection was completely different, and the bouquet was unrecognizable compared to the one I chose.
This was meant to bring comfort to someone unwell, but instead it caused frustration and disappointment. What’s worse, the company took no real ownership of the issue, brushing aside the clear misrepresentation instead of acknowledging and attempting to correct it. Would sadly not recommend or use them in future.

Foliflora delivers their products exactly as on the picture. The Flowers are all beautiful and arrived all in good quality. They arrive on schedule and are the best option to make your favorites a joy even from distance or just to surprise someone!
On first attempt of the delivery , either the team or the delivery company Chronopost must have confused similar post codes as my flowers arrived in the wrong city and got left at a random stranger.
I contacted Foliflora and received an answer very quick, I have explained my issue and RECEIVED A REPLACEMENT INSTANTLY THE NEXT DAY TO THE CORRECT ADDRESS WITHOUT ADDITIONAL PAYMENT !!! This was very professionall of them and i can only recommend everyone that has family or loved ones in France to look for presents on their website.
From a shock to amazement, no customer service ever supported me so fast and satisfying.

Terrible experience
Terrible experience. The delivery was delayed by two days, and they didn’t respond to my emails or issue a refund. On top of that, they left the order at a drop-off location two hours away. I absolutely don’t recommend this service—I wasted my money and never received my order.

I ordered an olive tree in a terracotta jar online for my husband’s 10th anniversary gift, but unfortunately, it arrived with a broken pot. I emailed Foliflora with pictures, and they asked me to resend them to a different email address, which I did. Despite following up, I never received a response.

Ordered from Switzerland to France. On arrival flowers sat in about 1cm dirty green water. Even after placing in a vase with clean filtered water which turned green again. The arrangement was clearly not been made up close to the time of delivery and arrived with slimy leaves on lower stems. Many flowers were wilted by next day and blooms not opening and I have had to throw them away. Most dissatisfied with this service.

One star is too generous
One star is too generous! Do not use this company. I received a surprise birthday gift four days after my birthday because of the incompetency of Chronopost. The plant arrived dead with brown leaves falling off. When I contacted Foliflora, the customer service was abysmal; they refused to take any responsibility and tried to blame me for the fact that it arrived four days late. Need I say more. Terrible!
