Of all the folio editions that I own (currently only 5) this is my favorite one— the illustrations are incredible — and the artist even designed the slip case, and cover of the book. Jana Heidersdorf really captures the mood of the book with her hauntingly beautiful art! Her black & white illustrations in the beginning of each section add an extra dimension. The fonts are absolutely perfect. It was a real joy to be able to read this masterful book that was so exquisitely designed.

Brilliantly printed and illustrated book with the incredible quality I would expect from The Folio Society. I think it was slightly overpriced, and to make it fit its price you would have to add more illustrations.

Very nice binding design and slip case. The artwork is quite beautiful, but unfortunately printed on paper which can get damaged by just closing the book. Also the book is weirdly pricier than comparable books.
