Placed a wholesale order for their plush items. Tried emailing several people on 1/12/2026 with a concern and it took quite awhile to get a response. Funny thing is that I got an email response from one person, who resolved the issue, then got a call 2 weeks later from someone else asking what they can help me with. I emailed my Sales rep. 2 weeks ago to please give me a call. Still waiting. They do not have a phone number so you can’t contact them, and clearly emailing is not an option. I won’t be reordering from this company again.

Everyone really love the sweatshirts that I bought as Christmas presents, so much so, that I purchased two more after Christmas! They are comfortable and warm and my daughter, especially appreciated the heavy weight as she regularly uses a weighted blanket when she is feeling overwhelmed.

I read all the bad reviews but decided to take a shot. Ordered 12/29 - arrived today. Two heavy hoodies in Sage and Dusk, plus a Sage T-shirt. Maybe the most comfortable tops I’ve ever worn. Quite heavy, and the T-shirt is heavy enough for spring and fall days by itself.

I was worried but unnecessarily. Everything went smoothly and I love my new hoodies!

I wish I can rate them lower but no other option. I made on order over a month ago still did not receive my order or tracking number and no response from there support team.

My first order arrived ok and I loved the hoodie but my husbands order on November 10th which cost about £80 never arrived. After two months of trying to get help - this week they emailed him to say that it must have been stolen and theres nothing they can do. We never got any notification from the courier who they said was DHL and then Evri and then Hermes - and we have lived here 8 years and never had a parcel stolen. The emails they have sent have often been completely contradictory- they promised a refund which never arrived and now are ignoring our emails completly. Please be careful if you are ordering from this company especially in the UK.

Ordered for my wife whom is always stealing my hoodie and joggers. I love the woman but stuffs always missing when I want it. Initial quality seems very good. Its very warm which is what I was hoping.
Sizes true to expectations in the U.S. In Europe I would expect the sizes to be large.

Sweat shirt was very nice and ordered a size big as a paka why not! omg order it big and so comfy. comfy in all sizes, just saying.

The sizes are on the large side. When you order there's a distinction between male and female but the sizes are the same (my error).

Custom duties costed over £70.

To get the correct size I will have to pay $16.99 for each hoodie and over £20 in postage. Plus customs duty when I receive the size that would fit us.

The quality of the material is nothing special, slightly heavier but not warmer than any other hoodies.

Only ordered to support the cause.

Follow your Legend is trying to undo some of the damage that we have caused. There mission is to protect the world 🌎 and it's wildlife. I purchased the Elephant plushie and it was so adorable and cuddly. The company has great products and a wonderful mission statement. We need more companies like yours.

Very disappointed. My Mum bought for us some bracelets several years back and the magnet no longer worked so I bought 3 bracelets - two for me and one for my daughter and never received them. There was no confirmation email and I sent several emails asking what happened and after 6 weeks I finally contested them to get my money back via Paypal. They said they have made the delivery and shared a number and said that it was final and I told them with DHL you need to sign for the acceptance of the delivery and they could never prove otherwise. I certainly won't buy from them again and despite being American they know nothing about looking after their customers.

They take weeks to answer any emails and do not provide sufficient information for international returns... they refuse to give any phone number required by international couriers and for cutoms paperwork.

Ordered two of their double shell hoodies and love them

They wash well, cold water no softener, no ironing but are super soft and so warm

This website is a scam. I ordered a T-Rex plushie and it arrived damaged. It had black stuff on it that I’m unable to get off and stuffing was coming out the side. I reached out to them asking for a refund and I received two separate emails completely disregarding what I asked for. Instead, one person said they were sending a sea turtle replacement and the other was sending a new t-rex. Upon my research, I discovered they send damaged items regularly and they have a high amount of complaints across all review sites. That’s when I decided to email them demanding a refund. I have not heard from anyone for about a week now— and the replacements they were supposedly going to send two weeks ago have not arrived. Save yourself the $33 and do not waste your money. They give donating to good causes a bad rep. Who even knows if they actually donate the money.
