About the only thing they did right was respond to emails. I do not recommend getting prescription glasses from these people. I had an up-to-date prescription (which I had used in other glasses recently, and it is correct), and all they do is say they have followed the prescription to make the glasses. No way will I use these people again

Took over a month to deliver with express shipping to be fair I live in the US this did come from over seas I believe. My prescription is correct, i had selected the wrong color and had to email support, they got back to me almost immediately and corrected MY mistake right away.
This company is scamming customers by showing pictures of the product that are different from the truth, and refuses to return the product through devious methods such as a warehouse in China, and the cost will be high.

Good comms throughout the process and support when i needed it; good delivery time - i waited 20 days for a pair of varifocals which is as good as my usual high street store; finally good discount codes available through black Friday and introductory offers - i will definitely buy another pair
