impossible KYC
the company updated the app, now to migrate legacy coin to new network, it requires you to fill out the KYC form which does not work. After uploading the file, filling full name and email, the app says Failed (try again 59). the app does not provide any visual feedback of rejection reason. Is it file size, file format or an error on their side? you can't tell.
