Quick and relieving experience. I downloaded the software on my PC, was a little unsure about purchasing the 1 month package, I had an iphone 8 that turned on but the screen was completely unresponsive and so I could not unlock the phone. When I opened it it gave me an option to unlock password and without paying it worked! I pressed the buttons it told me to while having my phone connected to the computer and not only did it unlock my phone but somehow the screen started working! (Not sure if that was the software or not). Overall very good experience.

I bought fonegeek subscription for one month and was not able to fix my iPhone apple logo blinking. After 33% update of phone iOS, the programme stop to work. I have contacted support service and they didn’t know to telling me what to do.
They cancelled my subscription and refunded my money back.
The support team was really good and helpful.

I ordered a car seat and they sent it to HI and when I trying to call no answer and emailing they time and time again they just took the money and never sent the car seat or try to help me or send me the car seat i paid for going to report them

I usually don't write reviews, but this time, I felt compelled to share my experience. I initially tested the trial offer, which worked well, prompting me to proceed with the one-month purchase. However, I encountered an issue after buying it, and instead of accepting the loss, I contacted customer service. Natalie promptly responded, resolved the issue, and now it's working perfectly. I highly recommend their service.

They never sent my product but they put a charge through to my credit account. their phone number is invalid. Had to place hold on billing. Never answered email. If this isn't fraud i don't know what is.

I forgot my apple id and password and trying to remove it but its showing error 🙃 and Fonegeek is not doing something for me ..
I tried to remove the activation lock but fonegeek showing me a message that we can't help you because your phone is Unactivated

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE COMPANY YALL!! I requested a refund after my phone wasn’t recognized and nothing worked, they didn’t respond to my support inquiry - not once, twice or even three times!! It’s been two weeks and I keep getting no response. I don’t understand how does this company even continue after the horrible customer support. Their services aren’t cheap, so I suggest you use another company. Nope for me.
