Bought a phone in mid 2020. Initially fine but after a few months it wouldn't switch on (it's still in great condition as it's been cared for - let's face it during lockdown it's hardly been anywhere!).

I emailed them asking for instructions for a warranty fix. They responded within a couple of hours (good stuff I thought!) telling me to send it to them.

I responded asking for a free postage label to ensure the phone is insured per their warranty instructions fonestore dot co dot uk slash warranty (links not allowed in reviews!). No response.

I emailed again a couple of days later. No response.
And again. No response.

Trust eroded. Even if I send it back, would I hear from them again? I doubt it. Won't go near them again, I suggest you don't either.

Bought “pristine” condition phone £149.99. Battery useless. 2.5 hrs on idle from full charge. Company refused refund. Ignored emails until 14 days past then told me I had past the 14 days. This was also over Xmas.

Super speed delivery, ordered tea time and arrived next morning, quality of "acceptable" product exceeded expectations. All this with a fantastic price and 12 month warranty means 5 stars from me. THANKS Fone Store

Take no notice of the free delivery. If you need a refund they take off what was paid to "deliver for free"

Really impressed by the prices for a start! As if this was not enough my reconditioned ipad air was ordered at about 4.30 on Friday afternoon and arrived before 11am on Saturday morning. I was expecting to be buying a new cover for it so was pleasantly surprised to find a god one in the package along with ear phones and charger.
Will certainly come back to this company for future needs.

So FONESTORE are saying I haven’t purchased this phone from them. I have shown Trustpilot all my proof.
Unfortunately I’m not sure how to upload my receipt show I can show you readers mh proof so you can all see I’m not lying.
They are the rudest people I have ever had not the pleasure in speaking to. I have NEVER been spoken to in this way before from a Seller!!! I am a nice person. I work with the elderly and I have received 22 letters from customers who wrote In to tell my boss how I helped them with there Pension. What a lovely girl I am.
Why would I bother to write a review on Trustpilot if i hadn’t purchased a phone?? Seriously Fonestore you are even lying now!!
Fonestore have told Trustpilot that the order number is not there order number???

Review contacted me for my order number which Order #1000011190.
I have given them my order number fifty times sending them emails. I contacted Adam on his email and he ignores me I sent him all the info and still ignored me. I sent many many emails Approximately fifty and FONESTORE completely ignore me.
I got a lovely email back saying how sorry they were for sending me an incorrect phone and could I give them more information.
I couldn’t believe it. Finally got through to a nice person!! Only to find out I had contacted the wrong Company!!!!!!
They are nice when you’re looking to purchase but once you have bought your mobile, you will have a problem with your phone and believe me, you will not get any help whatsoever.
I put my complaint on Facebook and was shocked at the people who were also disgruntled with this Company.
I’m actually going to take them to Court. Not just for me but for all the other people who have been treated this way. Many people have told me they don’t bother complaining as they know they won’t get anywhere, but my Profession has made me look into this Company

I guarantee all the people giving good reviews either are family members, or employees!!
Never again!!! I’ve learned my lesson.

5 star I give Fone store ARIF the customer service rep helped me to buy the Samsung s9 plus for a good price, he was good to help me get my phone and overall the store is nice and clean as well. I do recommend this store to new buyers I had an awesome experience.

OMG!! What an awesome company! After frying my phone in a rain storm my life has been on low tech... not a lot of spare cash .. gave Fone Store a go!! So easy great to navigate site large choice with great offers, if you just want a fone this is a place.. 5s delivered next day with charger cable and ear fones... they said condition was acceptable but it’s pristine!!! Well done guys definitely recommend

After looking at several online firms for refurbished phones and consulting their TP reviews I went with Fone Store despite a couple of oddly disparate reviews. I am happy to share my experience, which was brief but completely positive.

On Tuesday around 11:30am I ordered a phone, free shipping option. Confirmation was immediate, a 'shipped' email came later in the afternoon, and around 11:00 am on Wednesday my phone was delivered. Under 24 hours--hard to beat that.

The phone is exactly as described, 'Pristine' condition, the battery seems in excellent shape and everything seems in good order. I am completely pleased. This is good value and excellent service.

Horrible experience of a purchase, they don't like complains or returning there handset back. Manager was accusing me of a fraud, prior asking to return the handset and make any checks on it. Pathetic
Returned the handset with the help of PAYPAL and ask for my money back .

I ordered a phone from the company and it arrived very quickly with a SIM key, headphones and a case. I realised soon after there was a problem with the battery performance and contacted the company to discuss. I was sent a label to return the phone for repair and did so and within a few days, I received the phone back and it seems to be working fine now. I was very impressed with the customer service, would definitely recommend.

My husbands fone got pickpocketed on holiday. Was goin to cost too much money to bring out of contract. Found this site on google. Fone is perfect very very minor mark on back of fone. Very happy with the fone and very fast delivery fone arrived next day. Will defo use again and recommend to others.

My son broke his iPhone at school so I wanted to get him a replacement but didn’t want to buy a new one. I found this site on google and liked the reviews, so thought I’d give it a go. I found a “very good” condition (two tiers below the highest) iPhone and ordered it, for the confirmation and within an hour got a despatch notice. The phone turned up the next day (I didn’t order special next day delivery so was very happy with the quick turnaround). The packaging was simple (you don’t get the iPhone box - absolutely fine, and less waste) and included the phone and brand new headphones and charger cable, with even the SIM pin included. The quality of the phone seemed perfect to me - very minor (and I mean very minor) scratches on the glass and no marks on the rear. Very happy with it. All in, excellent service and the phone was in excellent condition. Very happy.
