Great band. Avoid buying the merch online

Great band. great music. Great videos. Don't order merch of their site. Use a subsidiary called cermony of roses.com and they are shocking. Been three weeks of email from them saying, we don't have you order, we do have your order, it may be a pre order, maybe we are out of stock, it can take 5 days to distribute. lies lies lies lies. Told them to cancel and send a refund and within an hour I get an email saying its been sent. Check the tracker. Lies. Order not been amended since I placed the order. Not hopeful of getting my money back either. Sham.
