Impossible to use the website
I have paid and have been waiting for an hour with no access to the courses. I clicked on enter, and the website redirected me to the same page. There's nothing I can do, no quick ways to contact this company, a useless waste of 12 pounds, do not do.

Great course and very informative but No hospitality and catering qualification
Great course and very informative. I did find one or two questions that I could question the answers. Specifically the SAFE acronym. It also doesn’t come with the hospitality and catering qualifications which I need so I have to re-do it. In all fairness I should have read the website better before I started the course.

It was carefully planned, and interesting, although there was a lot of (useful) information to keep hold of. I found it useful to make notes as I was going through - otherwise I don't think the final test would have been so accessible as I found it.

Additional Payment To Access Course After Passing Test
You will have to pay the fees again to access the course for which you already paid after payment. People need a refresher and by doing this, they are not helping protecting the public and saving lives.
