i found this course very good and course was laid out to use for anybody
also liked the little tests after each section which helped with the final exam
i will be using this company as they have quite a few exams that will help me with my work
i did my food safety course to work in my churches kitchen ie doing coffee mornings etc thank you so much for this course i found it very enjoyable

Excellent course
Excellent course , very comprehensive in detail and easy to follow through, especially useful that its possible to fit doing the course around other commitments.
Final exam was clear to follow but it would have been useful to know what my two mistakes were.

Easy to use course
Easy to use course. Useful to be able to do it online and pause when family commitments get in the way.
Personally a bit irritated that I made 3 mistakes in the exam- I would have liked to see my mistakes!
Following a very helpful personal reply to my review, I fully appreciate the reasons why incorrect answers to the exam cannot be given.
I also should have added to my initial review that this seems to be by far the cheapest provider of the food hygiene certificate, £12 (£10+vat) compared with £20 from other providers.

No attachment for certificate
Great course. Easy to follow but the email I received to say I passed didn’t have an attachment link to download and print my certificate. What am I supposed to do?

We were not contacted about the non-receipt of the RoSPA / CPD certified certificate by the learner. As our system sends an immediate PDF certificate following a successful final exam submission we must rely on the learners email service to accept the PDF attachment. We sent a copy certificate to the learner after learning about the non-receipt via this review, but we are unsure why the learner didn't contact us directly as we have a stated documented policy of providing free certificate copies.

I took the Food Safety and Hygiene course on line over a couple of months. I thought it was well designed and covered all the necessary areas. It was helpful that I could log in and complete the course over a couple of months, which made it more manageable

ok until you have a problem
I wasn't really satisfied with this course. You have limited time to take your course. There were spelling mistakes. The course was boring and after finishing it almost falling asleep they ask you to write your name in capitals where I have made a spelling mistake. I know it is my fault. I contacted them the reaction was quite fast unfortunately not helpful at all. so I have to do it again and probably even pay for new course only because one spelling mistake. Good until you have a problem

Extremely disappointed about lack of understanding
Unfortunately with the current pandemic and having to juggle working from home, home schooling, childcare etc etc I was unable to complete my course within the specified time frame. I received no understanding of these extenuating circumstances and after the initial, rather rude response about me losing access to complete the course a few days after expiry, I was totally ignored. Very disappointing customer service. So they now have my money and I have nothing to show for it. I can't imagine it costs anything to reactivate my account for another week but would turn a very tired and unhappy customer into a happy one ☹

Our RoPSA and CPD Certified Level 2 Food Safety compliance course currently has a 92% completion rate within 1 day of registration. This short course is 3 hours in duration. We nevertheless offer 90 days access to the training materials which means that over 97% of our learners successfully complete the course. Your feedback is appreciated.
