Don't bother with Foodbyus, customer service is close to nil
Customer service becoming more and more useless. Can't get hold of anyone on the phone, left voicemail nothing in 3 days...3 days still only got the 1 'token' reply for service via email. They then have to gall to charge the wrong amount as advertised on the website even while 'investigating'.
Pretty pathetic...use to be reply within an hour or 2.
Overcharging by suppliers numerous times.
Only using now when desperate as they do have a lot of suppliers on tap.
