Advise not to order unless you want a bag of bird seed full of dust! Bought Robin and Blackbird food which was the worst purchase of any company I have bought from, complained and sent photo as requested but have not heard from them as they promised, save your money and go elsewhere is my advise!

Do not order from this company pretty sure is a scam were quick to take my money nd send tracking information next day to weeks later they havnt even given it to courier was supposed to be here next day aswel I needed it urgently had to order from somewhere else tried contacting 7 times by phone and also sent messages absolute joke

Scammed me.

Charged a stupid amount for a tiny quantity of crushed up meal worm and then never delivered £60 worth of animal feed!

I really wanted to give a positive review , but in all honesty I was very disappointed indeed .
I’ve purchase floating swan food from a number of sources over about 10 year period , with varying results . I buy a bulk order , to feed the wildlife on a boat mooring . So I’m often able to get a discount .
The price this company offered was appealing , with delivery inc . So I put in an order for two large bags .
And I’ll give them their dues , they delivered very quickly ,& the floating food was well packaged .
However , when I tried feeding it to the swans , approximately 45-55% of the feed almost immediately sank to the bottom of the canal .
Now call me crazy , but surely the one and only job of floating food , is to float . So out of my £50+ purchase price , it turns out it’s only worth about £25.00 , due to this one failing in the product .
I sent a short message to the company ,& told them about the issues , & said I won’t purchase from them again . I’ve had zero feedback from them , not even an offer to give me a little cash back , or maybe supple me with some extra feed .
But I’ve had zero feedback . Which is a pity , but there you go .

Sent me very old, dried out seeds. Turns out they’re registered on Paypal as soarmillseeds, who closed their email and all communications (even though they use it for Paypal payments…). R & E Bamford are the owners, keep clear. They didn’t even respond to emails to Food for Birds. The seeds I received were as hard as stone. Not even pigeons or starlings would eat them. Enough said.

Been using this company for a few years and always received excellent service. Quality wild bird feed at very competitive prices and free delivery which often arrives next day. I highly recommend them.

What a great company. Not only is the products at a fair pice, but he delivery service is also first class, with next day delivery!
I've used this company over the past year now, and havent been let down by the service or quality.

This was my first order.
It started with a negative, with one of my parcels not being delivered by DPD, I was pleased with the time scale of the delivery from ordering, I placed my ordered late Thursday and received 2 of the 3 parcels on Saturday morning. I waited 7 days before contacting customer services via email, they responded within 24 hours, There was no hesitation, I was offered a refund or a new delivery, I opted for a new delivery with parcel force, I received it within 24 hours, great communication, top marks to Gareth Roberts from customer services, thank you.

Ordered 15kg of millet spray I am a keeper of over 100 birds I rely on quality and service from sellers to provide me with quality and safe to use products I stated this in the order note when I placed the order please do not send me any inferior products which could make my birds poorly when I received this order it was rotten and mouldy not fit for purpose I contacted customer service and explained my problem with the product they offered to pick it up and I was told if they don’t receive it in a satisfactory condition I would not get my monies back I told them it was not about the money I was more concerned about this company sending out products which could make your pets ill I have decided to bin this product and show other people of the condition this was sent clearly this company does not have any quality control and customer service shows no empathy or feelings for living creatures don’t waste your time or money with this company

Unfortunately won't be using this Company again.
They dispatched my chicken bedding, but I had to chase with courier and this Company because of the delay in getting to me.
This Company apologised for the delay and told me it would be with me on that day. Which it was, BUT, left on doorstep, did not ring bell or knock, the product bag had a large hole one end of the bag and small holes the other end. Also the recipient name on the item was NOT me.
So I had someone else's order, with holes in the bag and obviously some of the product missing.
I complained to this Company about the courier/product condition, and they haven't even bothered to reply.

The absolute BEST place to get everything birds! Well-priced, high-quality feeds of so many types. Polite and helpful customer service, and to make things even better, delivery is extremely fast!! If I order on a Monday morning, my order arrives on Tuesday or Wednesday at the latest. I am very impressed with this company and wouldn't shop anywhere else as they can be consistently relied on for price, quality and service. (I order about five 20kg bags of various seeds a month).

I have tried many companies selling wild bird seed mixes; I am very pleased with my first order from Food for Birds. The quality of the seed mix is excellent and the price unbeatable. Also, fast, friendly service and quick, efficient delivery by DPD. I will be using them exclusively from now on.

I have been a loyal customer of Food for Birds for a long time and have always been impressed with their great selection of pigeon feed. The quality is excellent, and I love that I can order everything I need in one place and it gets delivered relatively quickly. Also free delivery is a bonus, even though prices for items are a bit higher than other websites I can find. (But as they have less choice, I use F4B).

However, I've had a frustrating experience with customer service. I have sent a couple of emails since the beginning of August and have not received a single response. It's a shame because the products are fantastic, but the lack of communication is a concern.

Absolutely nothing bad to say about this business. Rapid delivery, good quality bird food, hardly any dust and the birds completely love it - and the badger comes every night for the peanuts, and clears up under the bird feeders. When contacted respond quickly and positively. Very reasonable prices in comparison with other sites. Free delivery, tracked, with one of the more reputable carriers. Delighted I found them.

I was dubious about purchasing from FFB as the product and delivery was cheaper than every other website, so I was willing to cut some slack.

Was not necessary.

Every order I've placed has been received and processed, rapidly. I've not had any issues with the ordering, delivery or quality of the products.

I don't receive hundreds of emails from them, I haven't been added to any lists - just an easy and ongoing order process with rapid delivery times.

Highly recommend

I've been buying from FoodforBirds for a while now and have never had a better service.
The quality of wild bird food is excellent, the packaging environmentally friendly ( paper bags in my case) and the speed of delivery always amazes me.
Pricing of the wild bird food mixes I buy are very well priced too.
Granted, DPD who are the couriers, sometimes leave packages outside, but it is no problem, as I know to look out for the package within the 2 days after ordering.
Couldn't ask for a better supplier and will remain a customer.
