Quite simply the worst company I've ever dealt with. They never answer emails, not ever. Expensive perishable food arrives a week after despatch stale or mouldy, every single time. Expensive cereal has a very short use by date. Ezekiel imported products are sold in very few places in the UK hence why I have given this company more chances than I have sense. Never again!

This tale begins badly. My order was correct when I authorised payment. The first (confirmation) email, and two following ones, all had the wrong delivery address. I replied to each one, using their amusingly titled ‘contact’ tab, to tell them of their mistake. There was no response.

The delivery company told me of their successful delivery (to the wrong address), and I thought the matter would end there. A few days later a company called CFL (I'm not sure of its link with Foodforlife, but the word 'distribution' comes into it, I think) contacted me, and they have offered a refund.

I think sometimes we have to judge a company not just by what goes wrong, but also by how they put it right.

You'd think this company was actively trying to deter customers or make them believe the company didn't exist. Website is frequently out of stock with many items for months on end. Emails go unanswered. Maybe they just have one person working part-time, it feels like it. Or they're permanently on holiday? Who knows. I've sent four emails enquiring about stock levels and availability but had no response. Ended up having to email the US website and got a reply a few days later when they happened to have stock. Products are very good quality but overpriced. Shame no other companies make similar products as I'd quickly stop using Foodforlife.

Order despatched on the 28th November and did not arrive until the 7th December.
During this time I emailed the distribution team twice and also emailed the company twice through their website and got absolutely no response.
I even tried phoning their office and it just went through to voicemail. Left 2 messages with my phone number and still no response.
If you do order then cross your fingers that everything arrives on time and is correct otherwise you will have no chance of putting it right as the customer service is non existent.

FoodforLife's uk distributors CLF only delivered part of my order and despite emailing three times so far I have had no response. Unfortunately there is no way of letting FoodforLife know. The cereal that arrived tastes good but the bread was missing. Thus the score, as a warning to others that they may be disappointed with the bad service, or missing products.

Excellent quality products at a good price, reliable delivery.

Why only 3 stars? If you contact them with a query about your order via the website contact form, they don't respond, and this has happened a couple of times. That said, orders so far have arrived without issue - just room for improvement there.
