Poor service, delivery times are not true
Very poor service, also there is no contact information.
I was ordering a pizza. The site said approx 40 minutes delivery time. Okay that's good and children can wait hungry for 40 minutes.
Then I ordered - suddenly the time bounced to 1.5 hours!! Now children are yelling that they are hungry and it's not possile to cancel the order 2 minutes after the order.
VERY DISAPPOINTED!!
edit: Now after 1.5 hours after the delivery time they say has passed still no food. What a horrible service!!!
edit2: And now they said that the order is not coming even though the site says it is and childrena re crying for their pizza at the living room. What a pitiful service.

Foodora does not work!
I've made a few food orders from Foodora and not once has the food been still warm when delivered. The customer service does not give any kind of compensation for delivering cold food. Items have also been missing from the delivery a few times. This is why I've deleted my Foodora account and will use other more reliable and customer friendly delivery services in the future.
