Really really bad experience

Really really bad experience. I had ordered glutenfree and non-spicy products (seen the app descriptions) and instead I get a ramen full of chilli powder so absolutely not removable and udon with gluten. My husband had taken a ramen without eggs because he doesn't like them and he arrived with eggs (also this is not indicated by the app). Neither of us ate but we spent 363 sek (more or less 36 euros). We asked for assistance to have a change and not throw away the food but at the moment they have not answered us, so we ask for a refund. No one showed up for a day and a half and today finally (from Saturday to Monday) they write to us with a few words that they can't reimburse us without giving us a reason. Summary of everything, we didn't eat anything, throwing away money and especially food. Congratulations! I will copy this review everywhere because it is not possible to treat people like this.

i didnt picked up my phone in time

They has been always deliver with delays and i didnt picked up my phone in time. No bell door ring. I couldnt make the phone call back to the delivery right after. The order is automatically taken back to foodora market and no refund. apparently it is a part of how they do delivery

Bad delivery and help center

I ordered a delivery from foodora market but I didn't get my order delivered and I checked my phone and suddenly it was marked as delivered and I checked my door and the whole floor it wasn't delivered I didn't get a doorbell ring neither a phone call which normally they do and they even said that they tried I checked my phone records. There were no missed calls and my phone was right next to me the whole time and it wasn't on silent.When I wanted to sort the issue with the help center they said they can't give a refund or the phone number of the agent driver or anything and just ended the discussion connection right away after that.In the end I neither got my delivery neither my money back or any help from the help center.

No food, money gone, Foodora unreachable

Ordered food. After waiting for too long I called the restaurant to ask if everything is okay. They told me the Foodora rider came to the shop to tell them my order was canceled. Foodora didn't inform me and hasn't replied to my messages that I want my money back.

If you want your food to actually arrive and not flush your money down the toilet, use one of the other food services.

NEVER USE FOODORA

NEVER USE FOODORA. STICK WITH THE COMPETITORS deliveroo, uber etc who are better, foodora traps you to prepay, then when they dont deliver, you can't get a refund as they say you're unreachable even tho the street address is clear. really impossible customer service loop, denial denial blaming the customer and not refunding. i am angry enough to make a complaint to the dutch better business/consumer protection associations- but is there such a thing? you can sit on ''chat'' hold for an hour then they erase or evaporate your chat record. really appalling. how and what is the remedy?

Extremely bad experience

Extremely bad experience, order arrived in time, yet cold and incomplete. There was no follow up from the delivery guy, nor from the restaurant - that promised to check with Foodora. Foodora doesn't reply to my emails. They just don't know how to run their business.

1.5h delay??? id give 0 stars if i could

order went from 45min delivery time to 2h because of stupidity of foodora work concept: restaurant receives an order but is not allowed to start preparing until there is a driver available to pick it up??? and there is no option to cancel the order or get a refund. this company is a joke, last time i am using it

I'm fed up because I ordered and …

I'm fed up because I ordered and thought the payment went through as they sent me to the part where you can see if you're food is being prepared. However an half hour later I contacted the customer service team and the payment didn't go through. Why didn't I get a notification or a discount for my difficulties? Now I have to wait even longer to enjoy a meal because of their technical difficulties. In the end all I got is an apology. I wish that could have filled my belly but it doesn't. I'm sorry but I'm considering not ordering again with this entity. It's either deliveroo or thuisbezorgd for me.

Complete waste of money and ruined dinner

Our latest order will be the last, the quality of food and missing half portions, ruined dinner and we got 7e refund and 3.50e to use against next order: the thing is that when it's late and instead of cooking you have decided to order food and get portions tiny and of bad taste with sides missing, no 7e refund is compensation for that. your CS would not even answer anymore when o wrote I'm not happy with the solution.
