Easy to navigate, fast course. Highly recommended

I didn't mind the course, but would have liked it if each module said how long it would take to complete so I could gauge if I had time that day to start and finish a module. There was some very repetitive modules though and I found that annoying and time consuming. Also the navigation throughout the app/site/course was clunky and needs refining to make it simpler.
Overall it was not hard to do or follow and I passed and got a certificate, so bonus!!

I’ve done these courses before. This is is so over the top and repetitive. They said nationally accredited but my NSW health inspector won’t accept the certificate. I’ve asked them to send me the certificate number and correct certificate but they have refused. Terrible service. Would not recommend

The course was good quality and easy to follow. I liked that I could get an observer to complete a report for me so I didn't have to do videos like some other companies require. Received my certificate the same day I completed the course because I got express certification

Reasonably priced, easy to access and speedy certification process. I enjoyed the simple online learning process.

Seriously DO NOT use this company. My son did his Food Safety Supervisor course thru Food Safety First and paid for "EXPRESS CERTIFICATION"
He finished the course over a month ago and despite the company guarantee that he would have his FSS certificate WITHIN 14 days he STILL HAS NOT RECEIVED HIS CERTIFICATE!!!!!!!
Because of this he was stood down from his job as his contract stated he must provide a hard copy of the certificate within that 14 days that the company guaranteed. Every time we call Food Safety First to ask where his certificate is they blow us off and blame it on the people who printed the certificate and Australia Post - they refuse to assist us and state they can't even email us the certificate. They also refused to reprint the certificate and send it again as it has clearly been lost - ir was never issued.
My son has now lost his job because of the negligence of Food Safety First.
I know lots of others who have done their FSS course through other providers and had NO issues at all and received their certificate very quickly.
DO NOT TRUST FOOD SAFETY FIRST........YOU WILL BE WAITING MONTHS TO GET YOUR CERTIFICATE AND THEY WONT DO ANYTHING TO HELP YOU!!!!

For someone unused to doing online courses it was good once I understood how it worked.
I learned a lot even though I have been cooking for many years.
