This company overcharge

This company overcharge
me approx $400. They tell me my first transaction not go through and recharge me two times. I have months of bank statement where they charge me day after day .. sometimes 3 times in one week. I tell them, they say they fix it. They did but then it start again. Over time they overcharge me by approx $400. I try to write but they keep redirect me to automated refund page. This only allow me to cancel subscription not offer refund option. I try to write to guy who handle my account but no reply. No personal response to date despite write to them.

Today I receive partial refund from Foost as requested and I am happy.
