Bad quality poster

Hello, first I ordered a poster here and it said it was gonna be delivered in a few days but it took more than a week. Then when it was delivered I opened the package and the poster was blurry and bad quality. Then I contacted them and if I wanted a refund or a new one, I needed to send my order (package) back. But the costs I needed to pay myself and I was a a lot of money so i didn’t send it back. But I’m very disappointed that I paid a lot of money for a such bad quality poster.
