Incomplete order, but now fulfilled
I ordered 2 mug and coaster sets but only 1 was delivered. I contacted the company 3 times (once by email, twice I submitted the online ‘contact us’ form) but it took a while to get an acknowledgement. I appreciate that this is a busy time of year but I was beginning to get anxious. Happily, the missing mug arrived in time for Christmas and I am pleased with the quality.
