Where has Football House gone? I cannot find them online anymore.

Ordered a West Ham shirt for my son. Wrong number printed and no shorts arrived, which were also ordered. Emailed the company and,initially, extremely helpful,new top ordered and socks thrown in. Perfect. Well,not quite. New top arrived, correct number,free socks.....still no shorts. However that's not the worry,the new shirt was made from an entirely different material with the badges printed on,not embroidered as per original order. The first shirt seemed to be or was as close as made no difference to an official item,the second appears to be very fake. As mentioned previously, the site appears to have vanished,but at least I managed to receive most of my items,others,it appears haven't been so fortunate.
*Update.
Having emailed the person I was dealing with to report the new shirt being,most probably fake. They have issued a full refund. So,worth a try if anyone having issues.

Bought a jersey 2 months ago still not arrived and the website has been taken down. Don’t spend your money.

I ordered a Jersey from football House UK a month ago I have not received my item yet I am not satisfied with this company at all not everyone has money to throw away. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

I ordered a jersey and they’ve now taken down their website it seems and I haven’t been able to get a hold of them on Instagram or through email.

Ordered then saw reviews so was not hopefull but my shirt arrived in good time and looks great would recommend to any one.

Really great Costumer Service always available and fast response. Product quality is excellent. All in all PERFECT.

I ordered a Barcelona shirt, but it never came. I ordered the shirt over three months ago. I wrote to them and they said they would sent me a mail but that never came either.

no product received, and no shipping confirmation after 1 month. No one replies to reminder emails. I'm afraid it's a scam!

Run a mile if u want a proper kit go to proper sports shops bought 4 kits and the stiching is awful coming apart everywhere

I love to use footballhouseuk because of their affordability and their great quality and customer service. I have ordered very frequently in the past year since I found it and they have a very wide variety of products to choose from. The only criticism I have is that when I order multiple jerseys at a time I find that one in four of them usually have the wrong arm badge. (Such as champions or Europa League) But overall I very much recommend this website to anyone and everyone that has any interest like I do in collecting jerseys.

Printing came off the shirt after just a few washes. Football House refused to accept it was a fault and blamed incorrect washing instructions.

Having bought the only available Away shirt of a certain size available from my clubs shop in Drayton Park, my son who attended the next match was unable to find the shirt in the same size as myself. As it was his birthday and leaving the store empty handed, I searched the internet to find the size was only available from Footballhouseuk at half the cost-£36 incl delivery.
What arrived after 3 weeks, was an exact copy and I mean exact, of what I’d purchased earlier for £70.
All I can say is, what a bargain. Well done Footballhouseuk.

I ordered a shirt and I was so excited for it’s arrival, BUT when it got to my house I was so disappointed with the poor quality in the shirt. Customer service is appalling too,emailed the company to try and rectify the problem and still to this day have not got a response would not shop here ever again.
