Football Mind Coach trains the part of your game that matters most, your mind. We help young footballers build confidence, clarity, and resilience under pressure. Most coaching focuses on the body. But the real game is played in the mind, where decisions are made, pressure builds, and confidence either grows or collapses. That’s where we come in. Our curriculum teaches players how to think clearly, decide faster, and stay composed, in training, in matches, and in life. No hype. No fluff. Just practical mindset training that works. We work directly with players, parents, and coaches through 1:1 coaching, educational content, and a structured curriculum built from real football insight and performance psychology. If you’ve ever seen your child freeze under pressure, lose belief after a mistake, or struggle with confidence despite good technique, we exist to fix that. The mental side of football is trainable. We’re here to prove it. 👉 footballmindcoach.co.uk

I am very pleased with FMC

I am very pleased with the work Stuart has done at FMC. My son had a few issues during matches which often made him almost invisible in the game. After just 6 sessions with Stuart, he started lifting his head more, scanning the field, and making much better decisions both on and off the ball. Most importantly, his confidence slowly started coming back.

We also wanted him to join a 2nd team for the next season, and despite there being around 35 trialists competing for only 1–2 spots, my son was the only player who passed to the next level of the trial process. I truly believe this was because of the confidence Stuart helped build in him, allowing him to perform well and finally show his real abilities.

I highly recommend FMC for the positive results and the personal support Stuart provides. He puts a huge amount of work into every session and spends many hours preparing individually for each player. Stuart is always ready to answer questions and works hard to make players feel comfortable, confident, and supported.

His dedication and personal approach to each player are truly exceptional.
Thank you, Stuart!

Helping a Talented Young Player Unlock the Mental Side of Performance

As parents of a young footballer competing within high-level development pathways, we sought mindset coaching because we felt there was a gap between our son's ability in training and his ability to consistently express himself in competitive matches.

From the very beginning, Stuart's approach stood out because of his honesty, authenticity and ability to connect with young players. Rather than focusing on generic motivation, he helped our son understand the mental side of performance and develop practical tools that he could apply both on and off the pitch.

One of the first changes we noticed was an increase in self-reflection and openness. He became more engaged in discussing his performances, his thinking and his development. Over time, we observed improvements in his scanning, communication and willingness to actively influence games rather than simply participate in them.

A particularly memorable moment came in a recent match. He demonstrated many of the concepts he had been working on, scanning consistently, actively demanding the ball, controlling large periods of the game from midfield and scoring two goals.

Importantly, the benefits have extended beyond football. He has developed a greater appreciation of the importance of mindset, becoming more focused, self-aware and confident when approaching challenges in everyday life.

What he valued most about working with Stuart was his honesty. He felt that Stuart was genuine, straightforward and someone he could trust, which helped him engage fully with the programme.

We would happily recommend Football Mind Coach to any parent whose child is involved in competitive sport and wants to better understand the mental side of performance. For us, it has been a valuable investment not only in our son's football development, but also in his personal growth.
