If I could give this company a zero star I would however I had to click one star in order to write this review. I ordered a pair of shoes for my husband for Christmas back in December. They never arrived. I’ve emailed back-and-forth. I was promised initially that they would give me 80% of my money back because the freight company lost the shoes. I told them they should they should refund me 100% of my money back since I didn’t receive the shoes. They promised to give me the refund but now they constantly send me an email telling me their refund site is down and they cannot refund until the site is restored. It is now March 4 and I still have no shoes and no refund and really don’t believe I ever will get the refund. Do not purchase anything from this scamming company.

If I could give them a negative review, I would. I ordered a pair of shoes on Dec. 10th but canceled them right away because they weren't the correct shoes my son wanted. Of course you can't call to cancel, you have to e-mail them. After explaining why I was changing my mind, they approved the refund with no problems but I am still waiting for the refund. I keep getting the same generic message claiming their refund portal is down. It's funny, their portal for collecting money wasn't down.

Horrible merchandize very poor quality. Unprofessional with their responses. Paypal took their side and didn't refund my money. I ordered 2 pairs of tennis shoes and only received one pair. The pair received was very poor quality. Company nor paypal took my side. I lost 126.00.

I would absolutely not order from this company ever again i ordered virginia tech heydude shoes size 10 and I recieved a very cheaply made knock off and at that the WRONG SIZE they garuntee delivery by Christmas that didnt happen either. ive emailed and emailed this company with absolutely no response and there shoes are not cheap this was a Christmas present for my husband and I am very irritated and the quality of product and the lack of response from the company absolutely horrible

I really wish I would've seen all of these reviews before I ordered. I bought a pair of custom Grateful Dead "Hey Dudes" and I basically got a Styrofoam slipper. The design on the shoe is great, but the shoe itself sucks. I never would have ordered had I known they were fake. I can't even walk on any type of road with pebbles or rocks cuz my feet get stabbed. They are making a killing off of people. Isn't there some law that says you can't advertise name brand and then sell knockoff? I wish I could just get my $ back. Obviously it's the Chinese who love to rip people off with their knockoffs.

Put in an order for shoes for my husband for Christmas ordered them on November 23rd... its now December 31st. After sitting in China for damn near 3 weeks yesterday said they were in Kansas and now theyre in Texas??? I live in Nebraska... I think youre going there wrong way my guy. Getting worried and very frustrated with this company. Would NOT recommend...

They were selling custom shoes at the time and now as of recently i see they have removed the shoes and now sell clothing and only clothing?? anyway, back to when i bought the custom tampa bay buccaneer shoes...I knew these were knock off shoes from the start and i was fine with that. i just liked them custom. the customization was great, however, their customer service? awful. they ship in a plastic bag (no shoe box) so my shoes got dented and i asked for an exchange. they refused. i asked for a refund, they refused. they use copy and paste answers no matter what. i wrote EVERY. SINGLE. DAY. for 6 months (and still on going). i demanded no less than a 50% refund. it took 6 months of persistence for Footgearlocker to accept my refusal to accept anything less than 50% refund. At first they offered 50% off my next order. I refused due to them not offering other shipping options for undamaged results. through the 6 months it went from 15% refund, 20%, 25%, 30%, 35%, 40%, 30%, and finally the 50% i was not budging from. once i confirmed, they said 7 to 12 business days for the refund. I disappeared from emailing them for 16 business days. when i wrote them back, i keep getting the same exact copy and paste format stating their "payment gateway" is having issues. sorry for the delay. when it's fixed they will issue my refund. I have a feeling I'm never going to get my money. it's not that i need it but it's the point. this company is a scam and i don't know how to bring them down. i refuse to give up and I've already dedicated 6 months and am use to waking up every day to email them already so i will continue to do so until i get my money and if that is never, then they will never get rid of me.

Ordered custom Heydudes for a Christmas present. Was promised them in 2 weeks. Haven't received them. No word from the co for WEEKS! Now they say they may come in by year end. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS CO. IT IS A SCAM!

Only reason you're getting a one is you have no choice or it would be none.
My order went in a month and a half ago.
Serious lack of communication,no updates,lots of misinformation,the tracking site says the same thing everyday.
I'm very unsatisfied,will definitely not be a returning customer.

Ordered what is advertised as Jimmy Buffett Hey Dude shoes. The design and print were awesome!! That is as far as it goes. The quality, the feel are absolute junk, the insole is as far from Hey Dude as possible. Very very poor attempt at knockoff.

This is SCAM…..I ordered two pairs of shoes and never received it. I sent an email and they said check the post office. I spoke with the post office and they told me that is a scam. They sent me two different tracking numbers that is not match at all.

I had to use a star to say thank you for all your warnings! I was about to purchase 8 pair for some members of my family. I am sorry for your lose.

If I could give them a negative star I would. Totally fake and garbage shoe. I ordered the size that should have fit and they did not fit. The quality is horrible as well. Customer service made me take a million pictures and have a bunch of emails back and forth only to refuse to take bake the shoe and only offer a discount on another purchase of their trash shoes. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE

Beware!! Scammers and Counterfeit! I ordered two pairs of shoes described as HeyDude and when they were received they were clearly knock-offs. I used PayPal to pay and just got a full refund with no questions asked. I wish I looked up reviews before I ordered! Do not buy anything from this company.
