Hello Caden,

I'm sorry to hear that your package taken longer than expected and you have every right to feel this way. We have tried our best to get in contact with you to confirm the city that wasn't provided to us when your order came through. Therefore when you contacted us with your concern this is when we addressed the issue to you.

Once your order has arrived on the 30th July, you confirmed that the jerseys were all good with no complaints on Instagram DMs, i told you that because you paid for 'Express Shipping' we will refund you the full £2.99 that was charged for the service. Along with the refund, out of my generosity and humanity I even offered you a special discount to have 50% off any jersey you have for this inconvenience (us giving you 50% off means we lose money). We offered you this because we care about our customers satisfaction, but you decided not to respond us which leaves us empty handed to giving you what i proposed to you, which leaves a bad taste and truth to this review.

The person over on the social media team showed me the messages over on Instagram and he was very very helpful towards this issues which sadness me to see this review as you didn't have anything else to say rather than the negative outcome of what could have been something more positive.

Regards to all of the issues, if you want the compensation please reply back to our Instagram and we can get that sorted for you. If you don't want to then its understandable, have a nice day and once again thank you for shopping with us.

Hey Lisa,

After reading this review I am a little bit lost on who you are claiming a ‘Daniel Gabriel’ to be a rude worker? The only Daniel that works with us is the customer support team over on our email and social media’s which you can see has great reviews on his work:
‘…Communication was great’
‘…the Instagram page were very helpful with all my questions.’
‘…really good customer service…’
‘fast response when there was problem.’
These are all 5 star reviews you can see on the page.

To tackle the other concern, about counterfeit goods. We sell high quality jerseys for the price of only 24.99-39.99*.
Reviews state:
‘…really good and amazing quality…’
‘Extremely good quality for the price…’
And it goes on forever.

So for someone who hasn’t even placed an order and to talk so low on a small growing business shows the type of person you are..

You don’t have any evidence to rely on to show that ‘Daniel’ is deluded in your own words, either a rude person. Make things better we proved against it. So before considering a bad review Lisa i would do better!

Hey there,

We are sorry that it has taken a while for your jersey to arrive. Unfortunately we cannot help the couriers speed in getting your jerseys out.

In our process as soon as an order goes through it takes us 24-72hours to process.
(Which means making the jerseys to your size, custom name and number ect..)
Then once processed we will then send your jersey off.

Unfortunately within your region it will be slightly delayed as it is within the Middle East. Therefore delays may be expected. Once again we cannot control it but in our behalf we are sorry for this delay.
