I’m extremely disappointed with the…

I’m extremely disappointed with the service I received. I informed the company that my parcel had not been delivered by the estimated date, but instead of resolving the issue promptly, I was told I had to wait 5 working days before it could even be escalated. After that, it took a further 4 days for them to respond, only to tell me the parcel was lost.

What’s most frustrating is that I wasn’t given a proper choice between a replacement or a full refund. The refund option, even with a small discount offered, would still have left me paying more than I originally did due to price changes. I was simply told there was nothing more they could do to help.

Overall, the process was slow, unhelpful, and very disappointing. I expected much better customer service.

Go to Jd Sports or Lifestyle way better delivery service. Ordered 5 days ago and not even despatched only ordered accepted. This has happened 3 times now never again. Last time it happened the item became out of stock now. Shambles of a company!

I ordered shoes (in Blanchardstown)

I ordered shoes (in Blanchardstown), promised to deliver in few days... after 10 days.... no shoes, no call...
Decided to visit their Dublin shop, their the ladies (they were kind at least) told me i won't get the shoes, don't expect.

I had a terrible experience at Foot…

I had a terrible experience at Foot Locker Blanchardstown. My daughter purchased shoes from the city centre branch, only to discover they were used. She had already paid €6 for waterproofing at the city centre shop, but when she attempted to return them at the Blanchardstown store, manager Rebecca was incredibly rude and unhelpful. She charged my daughter another €6 for waterproofing without proper explanation, causing unnecessary hassle. My husband had to step in to resolve the situation and pay for the shoes. Manager Rebecca’s harsh attitude and poor customer service made this a frustrating ordeal. I would not recommend this store.

Placed an order

3 days on, item has not shipped, and agent is ignoring any further communications.

Please don't Order from Footlocker

Never order from them.I have order a shoe, didn't like itwhen it arrived,returned it after couple of days on 04/07/25.Haven't got my money yet(18/07)When you chase them, the staffs seems dont helpful at all..The same day when i returned the shoe ,I liked another one and ordered online,still I haven't got this shoe.This was meant to be a birthday gift,which was a complete fail.People please don't order with them.Very very disappointed with the service!

Feels like a scam

Ordered shoes, paid for next day delivery. One week later the parcel still hasn't left Eindhoven and is now being returned to Footlocker because they can't manage the customs clearance paperwork between them. Now I've been told it will be another 3 weeks before I can get a refund. Absolute scam.

I ordered a pair of runners two weeks…

I ordered a pair of runners two weeks ago . According too the delivery company it was delivered but I never received my package . I contacted the customer service and I filled out the forms that were sent too me . I heard nothing back and had to email again . They then told me I needed to resend them the information in a pdf format which is not an issue but that was never stated to me originally. I would not buy from them again .

Shocking customer service at Limerick…

Shocking customer service at Limerick city cruises street store.

Ordered shoes online before Christmas as a gift.

Went into the shop on St.Stephens day and was told I couldn’t exchange the size and would have to come in on the 27th.

Came back on the 27th and as I approached the till, I overheard the manager saying ‘Oh here comes another one’.

Then refusing to exchange for a size up stating the online store and instore business were separate

They would not order me the shoe from the warehouse even though it was available online. So then decided I would change for my own size (which was I store) and buy a second pair in the correct size online

They then refused to do this as I had purchased at a discount on Black Friday.

Appalling customer service and manager and staff ignorant, rude and condescending.

Will never shop with footlocker again!!

Absolutely amazing Support throughout

Absolutely amazing Support throughout. Ive recommened Footlocker now to family and friends hands down even if they are a few Euro more than a competitor, purely becuase of their A+ support. Second to none. NB - It was Foorlocker Europe Support I dealt with, not UK.

Purchased expensive shoes as a gift for…

Purchased expensive shoes as a gift for my brother. They were not as listed on the website. I reported this without satisfaction. I could not return because they had been worn. Next day, shoes were reduced by e110 on the site, but the inaccuracy was not corrected. No redress offered. I have purchased shoes for e169, not as advwrtised, and now see them on sale for e59! This was my first footlocker experience, and it will be my last. To me, the mark of a service focused company is not how many times things go wrong, but how good they are in rectifying the problem!

Wrong address damaged box

Ordered a pretty expensive pair of sneakers only to have it delivered to a completely different estate to where I live.. thankfully the lady that it was delivered to took the initiative to do the ups delivery persons job and ring my phone number that was on the postal address. Picked it up from her only to find the box was damaged . This is embarrassing for any professional company

Received the right item on time. All went smooth.

This was my first time using this website for shopping. After checking reviews in Trustpilot I started hesitating if I should take the risk. But as far as footlocker was suggesting the best price on the item I was looking for, so I decided to give a try. My purchase was delivered by UPS to Ireland. It arrived 1 day before estimated date. I received it 1 week after my purchase.

impossible to complete the order I wish…

impossible to complete the order I wish to make as the online order system will not accept my paypal or card details. When I tried to communicate with the company to resolve this, I get ridiculous advice from bots. No phone lines and no way to speak to humans. No wonder the company is making losses

My daughter returned trainers to…

My daughter returned trainers to footlocker, they kept the shoes and refuse to send her back her money. I am going to post this everyday untill she is retirned her money. A child at 15 spends her pocket money on new trainers, and a multi million euro company called FOOTLOCKER, keeps her money, staling from a child.
