Zero stars is I could - NO way to contact this company as per other reviews!

Placed an order 2 days ago fo a Christmas gift for my mother. Unfortunately she told me that they are the wrong slippers! Very apologetically Emailed the company 20 minutes after placed the order to cancel - zero response.
Have since sent 3 more emails and Facebook messages to this company with ZERO response!! (Yet they have been in facebook posting their items!!)
No telephone number - no other way to contact them!
This company is a scam - will be contacting bank to be in a chargeback.
