Pair came in with paint messed up. They said not to return but would send a replacement immediately. It’s been over 8 weeks still no replacement or response from emails from company.

Horrible. Was so excited when I saw Ozzy Osborne crocs only to get some really bad design that did not look at all like the advertised picture. Apparently these are 3-D printed. How is FB and the government allowing this? I have pictures but no way to post on here.

the quality of these shoes is really bad, they are like a 5 dollar shoes. then you can't return them, this is a scam, don't buy them

The shoes run small then when I email support to try and get some help. They won’t replace them which i expected. They offered a coupon which they never sent

This is the WORST company I have ever dealt with online, and I do a lot of shopping! All of the previous reviews are 100% accurate in terms of their horrendous customer service and unwillingness to return / exchange their shoes. After receiving an incredibly small pair of Philadelphia Eagles crocs, I asked to return them for a larger size and was willing to pay the cost of shipping. After several typo-riddled emails from the company offering various discounted percentages of refunds, I ended up contacting my credit card company to dispute the charge, as well as reported them to the Better Business Bureau. AVOID at all costs!!! Not worth the hassle!

Took a month to get them sat in customs 2 weeks.. wrong size. Grandchild was was very upset.

They do not accept any returns or exchanges.

They sell FOOTWEAR, the most returned/exchanged item on the planet, yet they don’t allow returns or exchanges.

Please don’t waste your time on these cheap styrofoam wanna be crocs.

I would leave ZERO stars if I could! Received the “CROCS”.. I ordered! They were the cheapest shoes you could buy! Not “CROCS” .. also came in a size smaller than I ordered! When I addressed the size issue.. they said they have their own size charts??? Ok.. so I get stuck with a size too small.. because “ your charts” are different than every other chart! I asked for a proper size and got nothing but grief! Luckily I used PayPal and filed a dispute and WON!!! I will NEVER buy from this company again…

Not worth $50! They need their axx beat! These where suppose to be a 2025 Christmas gift!! It's like the brought the cheapest dollar tree clogs/crocs and painted them. The picture on the crocs looks ok but the crocs themselves!! They are the cheapest croc you buy from dollar tree. The ones u surely will sweat in!!

It arrived just in time for my daughter's birthday and the design was spot on!!! She opened her present and her eyes were that of delight! I can't thank you enough for those scooby-doo shoes!

I ordered 3 custom crocs for granddaughters. Shipping time was several weeks which I was not realizing or aware of but maybe that's on me. I was then traveling for many weeks and got home to open the package. The shoe sizing was inaccurate. The pairs of crocs customized with the names donot fit the kids. Their size chart on the website is incorrect and led to inaccurate orders. The crocs themselves had the EU size on the bottom. That is an incorrect EU size for the C12 size and J1 sizes I ordered They are very difficult to reach out to and I don't know if I have the energy to try and get a refund or new crocs issued. I wouldnot recommend this company to anyone and I will not be shopping there ever again.

Do not use this company. I ordered a customized shoe and they sent a shoe that did not have this customization on it. I requested a new shoe or refund and they are refusing. In addition, if you do decide to go with this company.. make sure you check their sizing, not sure how they came up with it but they stated that they "use their own sizing method"...

Both pair faded out sooo bad after one week wear.

If I could give this company zero stars, I would. What they have posted on their website for a purchase is the furthest thing from what was delivered. I sent them a side by side picture of what is on the site and what was received and they offered me a 20% refund?!? I don't understand why they have a picture of something on their site that they have no expectation of delivering.

Very disappointed
Ordered a regular US11 size kids,
It was smaller than a regular size 9US kids
When i reached out to customer service they not helpful at all.
Claiming their size was right.
The quality was very cheap.

I was highly disappointed that my Scooby-Doo Crocs were not authentic Crocs and paid way too much for something not real. Plus it took forever to receive the tye dyed Crocs.
