Purchased 2 pairs of the Ugg Tasman

Purchased 2 pairs of the Ugg Tasman, size 10 and size 11. Unfortunately neither fit, one was too small, one was too big. Uggs don’t come in half sizes. When I purchased on line no where did it say either item could not be returned. When printing the return label it said that the size 10 could not be returned for refund. Went online today and checked thinking maybe I did not see that info but it does not say that anywhere. I will write many bad reviews for this company.
