Very good service from Colin at Footworks. I took my new Lems Boulder Summit boots for their first long walk last weekend. Straight from the box they are so comfortable that I could just walk without thinking about my feet. I'm so glad i have these and I'm seriously considering buying a pair of Chelsea boots for next winter. Thoroughly converted to LEMS and Footworks.

LEMS PRIMAL ECO
This is my first pair of LEMS and I have to say I’m very impressed. I have struggled for years to find shoes that are a good fit for my wide feet. Until now.
These are very comfortable out of the box. The shoes also look really well made, so I’m sure they’ll hold up really well over time. If only LEMS had more variety in their Chukka boot line I’d be snaffling a pair.
Footworks provide excellent and friendly customer service which is very refreshing these days. Thankyou.

Flawless service and over the top customer service
First of all all the normal stuff, delivery, communication, easy returns prompt refunds 10/10 must say not only rapid but also outside of working hours just incredible.
But what set this apart is the dedicated customer service. They took the time to speak to me and went over and above to ensure that I would find the perfect shoes for my feet.
You sometimes get efficient shops that don't really care about customers or awesome personalized service that falls down due toong waits or late refunds. I found that this guy's have it all, don't overthink it and get your shoes here, we need more shops like this and more folk like Colin, truly an awesome experience, will be back to get winter boots in a few months!
