Very disappointed! No communication! Late order
I was really disappointed in the service received!! They pride themselves on happy customers in their website… I ordered this for my sons birthday it didnt come in time and I had paid for express shipping aswell my order arrived 3 weeks later after emailing and filling i their contact us form noone got back to me within the 24 hours advised…. I had sent many emails and eventually someone got back to me

It’s taken over 3 months for you to send the item and I still have no received the item all now. I ordered this as a special gift for my sons birthday which was in April we are coming into august and haven’t got the item. Customer service was disgusting I asked for a refund and been completely ignored, I would never order them this company again absolutely vile and disgusting I don’t even want the item I would like a refund!!!!! Worst company and experience with you guys!!!!
