I recieved my shirt bit later than they said but it came and not bad quality for a copy and the price . The company does exist and is'nt a scam site

Order a shirt about 10 weeks ago. It has not arrived. I contacted them about 6 weeks ago and they replied via email to say they was upgrading me to a "VIP" customer. I still haven't received the shirt. No response to emails & the website is now down.

The replica received was poor. No stitched or pressed logos/ sponsors. Just colour printed into the material. The logos were massive compared to the real shirt. Terrible material. Like the ones you get in the little fake shops on your holidays. Do not buy from here. I took a risk, it never paid off. Complained to PayPal, got a refund instantly.

After purchasing 2 x Manchester United shirts a to good to be true offer (then it normally is)
I received to emails 1 with no-reply and another email do no exist. When they have taken the money you do not hear a response of them, and you are unable to reply to the confirmation of payment email. I have reported this to my bank they will investigate. How do these people sleep at night. What goes round will come around.

Awful website fake football shirts & all from china 🇨🇳 so you can’t return them as they don’t give a return address and happily tell you you are stuck with them PLEASE DON’T USE THIS WEBSITE

Guys it ain't a scam, atleast for me. I just had to wait nearly a month for my order

Got my kit after a month.
Sent the wrong shorts, can’t contact them to send me the actual pair I paid for.

Fake site making out its london based but actually hong Kong, never received shirt ,absolutely disgusting. Bank were brilliant and refunded account within the hour ,but I waited 3 weeks before claiming.

Like everyone else, I wouldn't give any stars if possible. SCAM SITE !!! Customer services email address is fake. No goods. I have raised dispute with my bank

Similar experience to other users, order placed for only a couple arrived, 1 of which was wrong, emailed me back saying they're looking into it. Now emails are bouncing back & website is closed down and £160 down the swanny. Hopefully PayPal can help me recover it. Giving 1* feels too much, it should be 0*.

I won’t even give one star still awaiting order, should never of ordered from here I have now raised a dispute with my bank over being scammed.
Yes website definitely not there anymore and no reply emails, the last one I received was be patience
Never again should have trusted my own judgement.

Ordered 3 tops from this business and money was taken immediately from my bank account.

Now almost a month later NOTHING.

It looks like there web site has also disappeared.

Wish I had read Trustpilot reviews before parting with my money

I ordered 2 football kits for my son, an England top and a Liverpool top with new signing wirtz on the back, they stated delivery would be 10 days but it took over 4 weeks to arrive!! When the tops came the Liverpool one was actually an Arsenal one with wirtz on the back, absolute shambles!!! Seems like they have now shut down as email bounces back and website gone!!!! Stay well clear people!!

Ordered a month ago, no order, no real communication! Won’t give refund. Will be escalating to police as this is fraud!

Absolute joke. Took my money a month ago. I queried it and was apparently bumped up to VIP and they said tracking would be sent.

2 weeks later, no tracking. Just seen another e-mail and now have a bounce back that the address no longer exists and when you try to go on the website, it's not available.

DONT BUY FROM THESE KIND OF SITES.

This company is not to be trusted I ordered a Liverpool shirt it has been more 3 weeks since I ordered. I also sent an email to ask when my package will arrive but got no reply. Do NOT order from here.

Would give no stars if it was an option. Ordered 2 tops and shorts, one top arrived which was not what I ordered. No tracking information given as promised. . Had initial response to email saying items being prepared for despatch two weeks after order placed and now no responses to emails and website has disappeared.

AVOID!! They lie on the site about shipping times. It states items are shipped in a day THIS IS A LIE you will receive an email after ordering that items are shipped within 2-7 working days and you will receive an email with tracking info THIS IS ALSO A LIE. I'm way past this timeframe and I've had no further emails with any updates on my order. They have now changed they're domain name from .co.uk to .uk so their customer service email is no longer valid and im just receving email bouncebacks.

I didn't want to leave a poor review - I always try to give the business a chance to respond and sort things out - but I have tried this and not got anywhere. I am not even sure if they are trading anymore as the email address on site is now just bouncing. I ordered a wrong kit - my fault.... but I got in touch to change straight away and they responded to say they had changed it. Phew! However - they still sent the original order and now I have pretty much given up on trying to explain this to them and now my emails either aren't sending or have been blocked. Communication is slow and there is clearly an issue with interpretation...
Cheap - but I wouldn't recommend using. I have paid for 2 kits that I may as well put in the bin.

I like others got fooled by the UK website when after ordering it became clear that it was a Chinese concern.

I ordered due to it's "5-7 business days" turnaround time and they took my money immediately.

I became alarmed when after this period of time although i'd initially received an acknowledgment I hadn't received my goods.

I did receive a response after two emails showing that my goods were in transit with a picture of them apparently being loaded.

The fact that I could see a tracked 48 on a Royal Mail sticker/postage label filled me with hope but that was last week and after waiting 3 weeks in total I emailed them again today and had my email bounce back meaning they had blocked me because I had previously chased them.

This seems to be the common practice.

As i'd recognised the package (with my son's name on the back of the shirt) I doubt that they would resort to that level of subterfuge so i'll probably get the items at some stage however this is way after my son's birthday and weeks after they should have arrived.

Very disappointed as I thought I was dealing with a UK firm
