Nice store but one of your staff has a bit of an attitude problem (Covent Garden) and was not hugely helpful. Their manner left me slightly taken aback when all I wanted was some assistance. Not sure I would go in the store again which is a shame.
Extremely disappointing in trying to contact Edinburgh store. By phone. Constantly threw out the day being on answering machine for 30,-40 min each time. For no member of staff able to pick up a phone call and poss future sale. To help a customer from doing an extremely long trip to town to find items are not in store when an answer on phone. Would be great customer service. And they really cant say there busy all day for a 5mim phone call to help customer. Extremely poor customer service
Love the place but i have a query for management how come no inline purchasing outlet ? Would this be something you guys would consider ?
