Love the Cool & Calm tea! It’s a quality mix that gives a subtle, clean taste. It definitely helps clear my brain fog, I have a much clearer mind after drinking it and I get a better night’s sleep. It also feels cleansing and is comforting to drink. Would definitely recommend it and will be repurchasing - it’ll be a firm staple in my daily herbal tea collection from now on.

I've suffered with painful periods and heavy flows (partially due to fibroids - which have also caused me discomfort) along with zero energy, so I was blown away after my first cup of Aunt Flo's seemed to bring my energy levels back up to normal. I've also been taking Rested Resilience and after experiencing overall benefits from both, I placed an order for refills of both, along with Belly Balm (which eased my cramps almost instantly) and Inner Goddess drops (which also helped to ease my cramps). I cannot wait to try the Premenstrual Me Time and Soothe+Comfort tea. I cannot recommend Natasha/Forage Botanicals enough - I am beyond grateful to have found them, as I feel better than I have in a very long time.

On my last visit to London I was complaining about my heavy and painful periods to my friend and she gave me half a bottle of Inner Goddess drops. Even if I treat many health issues with herbs, somehow I was quite skeptical. But! After taking these drops for a month, the period became about 1/3 less heavy and I had to take 1/3 less Ibuprofen for the pains. Thank you so much for this finding and for showing the way to better periods.

these products really work the hot chocolate is amazing it really seems to slow things down the latte is very calming and the inner goddess drops every day I actual feel more like myself. Less anxiety and much calmer periods so far.

Receiving and using Forage Botanicals goddess drops has been such a powerful experience. The packaging is utterly gorgeous and every detail that has gone into them just adds to the experience. The drops themselves are beautiful and taste really good. The rose and raspberry leaf balancing out the Mugwort and ladies mantle beautifully. Got their period rescue subscription box and it came so beautifully packaged I couldn't wait to try! So far I've used the balm and it's really soothing for bloating I'm currently experiencing from my IBD and being on a steroid dose. I love how all the ingredients are 100% natural with no added nasties. The sub box came with an info sheet on what all the herbs included did too which I found really useful and a beautiful touch. Highly recommend and can't wait for my hot chocolate to arrive! The staff are really lovely too over email and helped me with a query.

A sceptic when it comes to most products with huge claims, it is very rare that I come across something that I believe in, think is amazing and then recommend to everyone I know! This is the case with the Moon Time Belly Balm. Where has this product been my whole life? Heavy and painful periods from a teenager and then a diagnosis of endometriosis, periods have always been very painful for me. Now my periods are even worse with the onset of the menopause and sometimes painkillers fail to work. The Belly Balm is magic. It seems to cling to the skin and then absorb in to the muscles taking away pain and discomfort. I have already recommended it to friends and family. I will be purchasing some for my daughters and it will join my small collection of products that I continue to regularly buy.

I tried the Inner Godness drops. If you have painful periods – give them a try! My period was completely pain-free.

The drops are made from botanicals – no nasties and they smell lovely. It was delivered quickly in the most beautiful packaging.
On top of that – Natasha was available to give advice as I went along. If you are not sure what would work for you: ask her!

I tried the moon belly balm as per the recommendation on the site to rub in and then rest a hot water bottle (in my case a microwave wheat pack) on top. It really does seem to help with cramp and smells amazing too. It’s definitely a little luxury that is going to have to become a staple…

I have tried the hot chocolate and the chai latte,
I LOVE these products and drink then every day. I also add the hot chocolate to my smoothie.
I am going through menopause and find these drinks help with my mood and other symptoms. I have just placed a large order as I really don't want to be without them.

I'm perimenopausal & suffering with very heavy periods. I decided to try out the heavy period package. So far I've used the drops & the rested resilience chai. I'm loving the rested resilience & have already received my first refill. Yet to try Aunt Flo, but I'm impressed with the other products, so I'm sure It will help.

I purchased the moon time belly balm in the 7g size and ended up using it very regularly and had to purchase the larger size. I have endometriosis and get cramps often. I’ve tried lots of things to help and although nothing can really prevent a flare up I have some products that help this balm being one of them. It is such a lovely product smells and feels amazing it does help with my cramps and paired with a hot water bottle or a tens machine I get relief on days where it is manageable. I had surgery a few months ago and had a difficult recovery something I have noticed since using the balm is that my scars have really improved I had a haematoma in one of my scars and it was taking a long time to heal this balm has worked wonders. It’s such a lovely product and I would encourage anyone with period pains or conditions like endometriosis to give it a go!

I’ve been using the radiance drops for just over a month now and I’m just starting on bottle number 2. I’ve noticed such a difference in the texture of my skin. I am still breaking out around my period at the moment but they so far have been much less painful and are healing quicker. I’m hoping it will continue to improve more over time. Thanks for making such a good product that Is so easy to fit into my routine ☺️ xxx
