Nothing to do with the sign out.
We agreed, amicably with the landlord privately to minor issues, if we had been given the opportunity to attend to hand over and then rectify any issues before another tenant moved in then I’m sure the dispute we raised wouldn’t of been called for !
No self guilt from us at all
The review is about you and your company and lack of communication, lack of response to calls, emails and I see you have now lost the property as it’s been given to another, more competent agent to sell !
I think your reply is unprofessional but I wouldn’t expect anything else from Force 10.

We're sorry you are disheartened, however since you agreed to the damage caused to the property within your short stay, we can only assume this review has been left with anger and self-guilt.
As you are aware the damages well exceeded the bond value, however the landlord was more than understanding with it and therefore reached for an amicable settlement. Your comments show even more that, unfortunately, you did not understand and you did not respect the goodwill of the landlord and our efforts to help out.
We wish you all the best with your new letting agent and we do hope you will be treating the new property better than you treated this one.
