Guy was a great help at the time of when I was getting mine shipped, as I was moving house at the time & was getting worried about not being at that address before I moved (Bad timing on my part)

But yeah, great help with that situation, got my saber with no hassle & I've loved it ever since I got it!!

I've bought my first forcesabers hilt. Ben has very kindly made a custom version of his maverick curved hilt for me after I contacted him about making some cosmetic alterations (I like windows in my emitter) .. it arrived today and I'm delighted with the results..I recommend him if your looking for something unique and a little bit different from the standard budget sabers on the market. Forcesabers have some intresting designs and Ben is very approachable to discuss anything you want to know ..I'll be getting a second one from forcesabers very shortly

Ordered the Neo-pixel Saber for my son for Christmas 2022. Ordered a few months before to ensure pre-Xmas delivery and it came in November, great. Amazing Saber, my son absolutely loves it. Of course I opened the chassis and detached the wires (idiot) lol. The Customer Service, from communication to instructions to send back and get fixed was 1st class. Even though it was my fault, Forcesabers fixed and even upgraded me to the latest Neopixel card. They returned the saber and my son is over the moon as he has downloaded the App to operate via his mobile. Different colours, sounds and lots more. You just don't get customer service like this folks, it's a bespoke service from purchase to after care. If you are thinking of buying a saber for anyone's birthday or Xmas, look no further, you'll not be disappointed. From savers to combat with to exhibit pieces, Forcesabers have the lot and the prices are excellent, especially considering their handmade not mass produced run if the mill. Thank you Forcesabers, my son is looking forward to picking his next one for Xmas again.

I got my saber a while ago and was so happy with it the look the sound the finish everything is amazing and very well built. A couple of days ago I went to use the saber and notice the screw wouldn’t lock with the blade in. I left a review as looking on the website it said there was nothing he can do if this happens. He got back to me super fast and offered to fix my saber if I sent it to him. I sent the saber and he fixed it and had it sent off again the same day! This was an amazing service and they were so nice about the whole thing. He has reassured me that he has updates his website so you can now get problems like this solved and are just left with a paper weight. Again very very good product grate guy who can’t do enough for you thank you agin force sabers uk!

Love the lightsaber! The handcrafted feel and overall look is as if it was forged by a smith with heart and passion! With its hefty weight and sturdy build its very satisfying to have in hand. The craftsmanship is perfect with its minor imperfections and I love every part of it!

The customer support is very good! At every step throughout the order I received relevant updates! I was even offered a free upgrade to the new v3 XenoPixel chip because it was released during production of my order! (In exchange for a bit longer wait time, which was well worth)

Ordered back in Feb but had some slight delays at no fault of forcesabers. Was offered a free upgrade to the new v3 XenoPixel and had frequent updates on progress with the saber. Finally arrived today and had some issues but had help getting it sorted and now I’m loving my new saber. I’d defo recommend. Very helpful and quick to respond.

Recently purchased a saber from Forcesabers and I honestly could not be happier. The craftsmenship is second to none - it looks and feels as close to a real lightsaber as you could find anywhere!

Please consider supporting these guys when purchasing your own Lightsaber because you can't find the passion this guy has for his craft with any of these larger companies.

I ordered the neopixel survivor lightsaber and added the speedy delivery option.
The website is easy to use with plenty of payment options available, so that was a huge plus.
Ben's customer service is amazing, any little hiccups were resolved quickly and only increased my already high opinion of the business.
My actual saber? Flawless! It's absolutely beautiful, so much fun to play with and you can really feel the love that went into crafting it. I can't wait to work on some duelling choreography in the garden with my partner.

Got the "Fallen Prince" Cal Kestis saber in Neopixel set up. Absolutely loving the saber! Built quality and weathering is unreal, all hand made by ForceSabers! Amazing lightsaber, took a very long while to arrive but was definitely worth the money, world recommend!

it took a long time to arrive but I was totally stunned by the quality and the beauty of the hilt (Cursed Kal hilt)
Some troubles with UPS but Ben resolved it immediatly after an email.
Ben absolutely deserves more attention in this world because the quality is beyond my expectations.
I have just a couple of tips to give to improve the already perfect experience.
the first is that it is very difficult, at least on my saber, to extract the speaker in order to access the mmc.
The second is that it would be nice to have another button for the blaster effects but I think is a xeno board limit.
I only had a small problem with the audio but because the xeno setting was too high and croaks a lot but it was enough to set it to a lower value (arrived with setting on 8000 lowered to 5000)
PERFECT.

Wonderful Christmas

I purchased a lightsaber from Forcesabers as a Christmas present for my partner. It arrived two weeks before Christmas but unfortunately had an electrical fault which meant it would not turn on or work properly.

I emailed ForceSabers and they replied promptly to help troubleshoot the issue. It became apparent that the fault was not something that could be fixed via email so Ben advised me to send the lightsaber back as soon as I could so that he could repair it and return it before Christmas.

Due to the postal strikes and it being so close to Christmas the Lightsaber did not quite make it back to Ben in time so in less than 24 hours he made an entirely new one from scratch and posted it out the next day to ensure that it got here on time and so that my partner would be able to unwrap it for Christmas.

I am very pleased to say that the Lightsaber did arrive on time and my partner is absolutely over the moon. I can't thank Ben enough for going through all of that trouble to ensure I had a working lightsaber for Xmas day. It was an extremely stressful time and he was so helpful and his communication was excellent.

I ordered my first ever saber, which was a custom weathered fallen order RGB hilt for my wedding and Cal Kestis cosplay. I needed something pretty and durable which I plan to use for me and my husband´s wedding duel upcoming next year, and I happened to stumble across Forcesabers UK by accident looking through Etsy listings for weathered sabers.

I hadn´t heard much of the company and in the beginning I must say I was a little skeptical until I did some searches here and there and figured due to the decent prices and the good reviews that I would give it a go.

Due to this saber being so special to me I contacted the company directly through Etsy to ask some questions and explain my custom wishes for weathering. I also wanted to make sure that they kept contact, which to my surprise they exceeded my expectations!
Ben responded within a day on all my questions and communicated throughout the entire purchase and he gave me frequent updates on how the process was going! I was stunned with the customer service this guy gave to be able to get me exactly what I wanted. He also went out of his way to do something he hadn´t tried before so that I could get the weathering I wanted. The seller did make a mistake while packing my saber however, which was that he put a neopixel blade in instead of a regular hollow RGB blade, but luckily for me we had some extra blades at home that I could use, so it wasn´t really an issue. I took contact and made him aware of the mistake and we resolved it fairly quickly. In total if I could give more stars just for the customer service, I would!

As for the shipping time and the process time that it took to make the custom saber:
I placed an order with him through his website 2nd of August and the saber was there with me 26th of october and hadn´t customs held my package back I would have gotten it even sooner! I was stunned on how short time it took to process my order, make it from scratch, weather it and then ship it out. I had honestly expected longer time for it to arrive, which was a pleasant surprise.

As for the product, photos don´t do it justice as to how gorgeous it is in real life. I was a little worried that the saber would be too big, clumpy and heavy for me with small hands as I planned to use it for saber arts, but it was surprisingly light weight and a perfect sized grip. So if you have small hands like me, the fallen and fallen prince should fit pretty well.

The scar weathering combined with the shiny surfaces had me stunned and he grip on the saber is amazing!!! So if you´re looking for something close to game designs, yet unique good looking sabers that you can use for spinning and other things, I would totally recommend the fallen or the fallen prince hilt!
I did order a RGB saber, so it wouldn´t be as fancy as a Neopixel. But I rather wanted something I wouldn´t be afraid to use either for spinning, tricks or duels.

If I were to come with a few things I think could be improved, it would be to have two sets of tightening screws one for each side, to make sure the blade would stick even better. I would also maybe have changed the plug output with something that doesn´t take that much space on the front, mostly for the aesthetics of it, or maybe have a plug that you could place in the outlet to cover it up, maybe also to prevent rain or water from accidentally getting in the charger port.
I also wish that there were more in depth videos of the RGB sabers on YouTube, felt like it was mostly the Xenopixels that was reviewed.
I did also compare the sound of the fallen hilt from Forcesabers with my husband´s sabers from Padawan Outpost and we feel that the sound is a little reduced. Maybe looking to improve ways to get the saber even louder would be great, but these are all minor things for what you´re getting.

As a summary I would say buy from Forcesabers with confidence! I can´t wait to use it on my big day, thank you Forcesabers!
