I placed an order on 12/17/2023, I confirmed the order on 12/18/2023 indicating to proceed with the order. The payment was withdrawn from my bank account on 12/18/23. I sent an email on 12/27/23 asking how long it takes the order to process. I received a response from Team FJ stating that my inquiry was received and that I would get a response within 24 hours. I have not received a response to my 12/27/2023 email to date. I sent a 2nd email on 1/2/2024 asking, again, how long does it take to process an order. I have not received any response to that email. I sent a message on their message bot on their website on 1/11/2024. No response on the message bot. I called the number on the website, it just rings and hangs up. I finally had to dispute the transaction with my bank.

This company should be taken down they never get back to you or answer any phones the address is San Diego the number is New York. I should have looked at the reviews before I spent any money here total sham company. Do not order form this company, you will never see your merchandise. I would give a less stars if that were possible.

They sell very poor craftamnship, cheap leather, and approsimative measurement leather jacket, the very bad things they show pics that not are the same of the jacket they craft.
The pics on the website are very tricky, come from very famous and expensive jacket like cockpit, or schott or other,
but the jacket you'll receive is nothing to do compared on the pics in their website.
100 percent scam company, absolutely to avoid, fivestar leather or avi leather they are the best, a part of very famous brand .
If you reading this because you're fancy about leather jacket, pls avoid them (forcesjacket), they are there just for fraud people miles away trough internet

DO NOT under any circumstances buy from this company. They’re a complete sham. Ordered a pea coat on May 10, 2022. They immediately charged my card. They will not return emails and their damned website phone is disconnected. I’ve looked at four different locations and their address is different on three of them. There are two different phone numbers; the second being an international number. Either they’re a completely fraudulent company stealing money or they’re managed by ineptitude at a level I’ve never experienced before; either way, they’re suspect. Jackets being ordered from a company with questionable business practices from middle eastern countries such as Pakistan does raise an eyebrow regarding who is getting these funds. Lastly, the two good reviews are from someone in Pakistan and the second from the US who apparently knows the rater from Pakistan as he mentions her directly in another review. Things that make you go hmmmmm. Buyer beware!

I ordered an US Army textile jacket, in a standard size of XL. After several weeks the jacket showed up from Pakistan? I incorrectly thought this was a US based company. I ordered the jacket after reading the money back guarantee and looking at the reviews.
The jacket is way too small, has the American flag patch sewn on upside down, and is no where near the quality advertised for the price of $210.00.
I text “Anna” whom has responded previously when I checked to see why the jacket was originally taking way longer to arrive than promised. Her answer for that was “it was in sewing”…
Red flag number one, lack of proper English.
I requested my money back and a shipping label to return the jacket, after listing why the jacket did not meet my expectations.
Anna responded with sorry about the upside down flag, but we can offer you 15% off on your next order. Further that since the jacket was a custom size(which XL is a standard size, not a custom size) they would not refund my money. I explained why that was an unacceptable option, all the reasons for the request, etc. I requested her supervisors contact information since she obviously could not help me. Instead of a refund or supervisors contact information, she relayed the same information as last. Again, I told her none of those things were acceptable, and again asked for a full refund and her supervisors contact information. It has been several days and no response!!!
I would not recommend this company to anyone as their guarantees are not honored, and their products are substandard to say the least!!!! I am extremely dissapointed!

I ordered a jacket that unfortunately was large in size, but the team of "Forces Jackets" handles it very smartly within 24 hours.
