Wonderfully built SUV
I own a 2014 Ford Edge Limited thatbis driven daily and been on several long distance trip with us. It is now just about on 320,000 miles in it. We have kept up with the maintenance on it with tune ups, oil changes, and keeping the filters clean. It still running and driving the same as did when we bought it. We have only had to do normal wear replacements in it like brakes and the thermostat went out once. Nothing big or major has gone wrong with the SUV. This has been the best vehicle i have ever owned could never complain about anything with it. I was even told by our mechanic that does out tune ups that the edge was built to last and sure has. Thank you Ford for putting out a wonderful SUV. We have so many memories because of this vehicle.
I'd like to give a great review for…Good work.
I'd like to give a great review for Debbra Dillar at sunset ford of south county,MO. She was knowledgeable and a bid help today.
I am not happy at all with the service.
I am not happy at all with the other service and care that the staff at Ford give you. They sell the car and then all goes wrong from there. Lots to improve in all sides of Ford team.
Made in China, Assembled in America
Everything wrong seems to happen right after the warranty expires with ford. Just another greedy company that designs their vehicles to have cheap parts that break after 10,000 miles. I’ll be trading it in for a Nissan when it’s time. Asian companies are way smarter when it comes to efficiency anyway. Congratulations ford you just lost another loyal customer that would’ve paid hundred of thousands in new vehicles over the years
Disappointed with Ford motor company lack of interest in repeat customers
We have 15 Ford vehicles in our fleet. I have bought everyone of these from a different dealer. The reason I have done that is primarily because I have yet to see a dealer that would like to have our business. If they have the vehicle that I am needing at the moment, they are happy to sell it to me. The next time I need something, I go back to the same dealer(s). They don't have what I need and very few of them are interested in locating what I need for the right price. Very disappointing in the lack of interest in trying to win someones business. At the present I am dealing with a dealer who apparently can't get my title to me. I've been waiting over 2 months

Honestly if I could give zero stars I would. This company fails to stand behind their product. As a customer with a 5 year old truck and less than 100,000kms only 3 months out of warranty and the transmission goes in it. Ford knows these 10 speed transmissions are defective and fails to stand behind their product or support their customer. They treat these vehicles as disposable and after your factory warranty is up good luck.
Why should those of us in North America…
Why should those of us in North America get horrible gas mileage on our Ford Transits, when they have engines which are better and more efficient in Europe? The 2.0L EcoBlue Diesel gets about 35-40MPG (Hwy) and was supposed to come to the states but Ford scrapped it! Shame with Engines available in US end up getting about 16 City / 23 Hwy.
Refuse to cover Parts under cord warranty make excuses
Very disappointed as I just got a 2023 Ford Escape thought it was great. First 4 days then I'll send a noise started took it into Ford because I was told it's something to do with the pump, Ford said that it would be covered under Ford warranty because it's such a low kilometers on the vehicle. Now they're telling me that it's a normal noise your car should not make noise when you start your car should not make noise while you're driving it and your car start with noise when you're sitting there with it running not the noise that I'm heard and record it. They just don't want to replace the part this if they replace it it will do it again while when I ask them how come it was so quiet the first 4 days they couldn't answer me it's because they don't want to replace it so I hope Ford is aware that if this part does get worse or causes damage to any other part of the engine I will go after Ford for replacement of an engine. Cuz I have the paperwork stating that there's apparently nothing wrong it's just a normal noise. Here's a clue replace the damn part proved me wrong but no they won't because it's under warranty but I guarantee if it wasn't a warranty it was going to come into my pocket it would have to be replaced to guarantee it if I have to go to 10 different garages for them to state that that part damage something to prove them wrong I will plus I have the recording on my phone which I will keep and the paperwork very disappointed first for whatever will be my last
FORD FOCUS fault
Having been the unfortunate owner of a 1918 Ford Focus, I have experienced the fault, as with most of these models, of water ingress into the well of the boot. My local Ford dealer has quoted me in the region of £1500 to repair this. Ford are fully aware that this is a design fault but it obviously doesn’t become apparent until the warranty has expired.
They therefore absolve themselves of any responsibility.
I shall never deal with Ford again, nor will colleagues who have also experienced this.
Ford parts !!!! 👎
You would think that when ordering a part from Ford direct you are home and dry , enter the details of the vehicle ( model , year, engine, gearbox etc) and wait for the part , fit and problem solved , that is of course if the right part is sent , however even if the part is wrong , it’s Ford , get back in touch with them and it will be rectified, yea right ,
A call to Ford help line stated they cannot contact Ford parts !? the customer has to , oh and by the way you can only contact them via email as there is no phone contact number !!,
Emails sent , no return acknowledgement,
Waited a couple of days then called Ford customer service , same again ,you must contact them via email , contact us back if your still having issues .
How many calls and emails must I send to get some answers !!!!????.
Off to a Ford dealer franchise ,payed for the correct part which arrived in one day , still no response from Ford parts , conclusion don’t waste your time with Ford go to a Ford franchise dealer .
I had to go to Shea Chevrolet both…
I had to go to Shea Chevrolet both times to get a ford, all I got from Ford is a regret letter" better idea my azz
Serious Safety Issue Ignored – Ford Fusion
I’ve always loved my Ford Fusion. I’ve bragged for years about the great gas mileage, comfort, and reliability — I even bought two of them. So it honestly pains me to write this, because I’ve truly enjoyed this car for a long time.
Recently, I started having serious issues. The car began to feel like it was losing power. Then, when I used cruise control, it would beep, shut off, and several warning lights would appear — Pre-Collision Assist Off, Service AdvanceTrac, ABS, Traction Control, and Hill Start Assist Off. After about 30–40 seconds, the lights would disappear, but the problem kept returning more frequently.
One day, it happened repeatedly — around ten times — and while parking, the steering wheel locked up. I immediately called the Ford dealership, who said they could run a full diagnostic and it would take about two days. I dropped the car off Tuesday night for my Wednesday morning appointment.
By Thursday, they told me no codes were showing up and asked for more details. I texted photos of the warning lights and explained everything that happened, but never got a reply. Later that afternoon, they called back asking for the same info, saying they never received my message. I explained it all again, and they said they would drive the car around to try to replicate the issue.
By Friday, I was told there was “nothing they could do” because no codes were appearing. I asked what I was supposed to do next, and was told, “If it happens again, bring it back.”
Sure enough, the following Monday, the lights all came on again — and the steering wheel locked up a second time while parking. It took a lot of force just to turn it into my space. When I called Ford back, I got the same answer: no codes, nothing they can do. Even the manager told me the same thing.
I then took it to my own mechanic, who also couldn’t find any codes.
This is a major safety concern. What if this happens while I’m driving on the highway at 70 mph? I depend on this car for work — I drive for Uber — and I cannot risk losing control of the steering wheel.
It’s unacceptable that a company as large as Ford can’t identify or repair a problem this serious. Either the diagnostic system is flawed or the technicians aren’t equipped to handle it. Either way, I’m left with a dangerous vehicle and no solution.
I’ll be reporting this issue as high up as I can. I just want Ford to take this seriously — before someone gets hurt.
Lincoln Malfunction & Cost(s)
I currently own (bought out at end of lease) a 2020 Lincoln Corsair with 58,566 miles. NOW I start having issues, first the tire pressure sensor light is on and stays on but gives no tire pressure. Second, the check engine light comes on so I took it to the dealership to have it inspected. Result was I had to have a diagnostic test done at the tune of $552.00 dollars. Then I had to have the fuel tube assembly removed and replaced at the tune of $297.00 dollars, plus shop supplies and tax for a grand total of $953.38. I've had Lincolns since the early 90's, but after this experience, I don't think I'll ever get one again.
I brought my f150 in 2007
I brought my f150 in 2007, and got my first tuneup in 2021, that’s 14 years without any issues. I got my first turn up in 2021 and 4 years later the engine check light came on informing me that cylinder 3 misfired. I was told that the turn up was only good for one year or 12 months what ever comes first. From 2021 to 2025 I only drove 15,001 miles. Now I need to pay for another turn up. I will never buy or use ford to service any of my vehicles again. PS: I never got a call back from the service center.

I recently wrote a review about the poor service I received from my dealership. I have to admit I was frustrated and wrote what I felt that day. I was wrong. I would not take their advice because it did not make sense to me to fix my problem. BUT THEY WERE RIGHT. I finally came around and saw that they did try to help. To the techs, service writers, Ashley and Keith. My sincere apologies.
Annoying ford
Hi ford this is a review of the new car and the stupidity of that car.i recently bought a Explorer EV. I would be grateful for an Update on the following to stop them coming back on even though I switched them of. The fan for the heat is constantly I can't tell you how annoying this is every time I start the car it's on please stop this. Also the speed warning resets it's self every time I switch it off . I ask that you stop this as well when I switch it off it should bloody well keep off some of the other problems I'm have the pedals are to close together for people like my 6 foot and fat. But being disabled will do that to you. Can we have an up date to sort all these issues that are so annoying that includes all the stupid American beeps for doors opening and other things I'm not stupid I know the doors open as it's left a big gap. Please sort this it's so annoying
Ford won’t take care of me or my truck nor my family after 30plus years of owning fords
Ford won’t take care of me or my truck. I’ve been a long standing ford customer , my 2020 and my 2019 have been great trucks. Aside from the problems now there’s a safety recall and they basically told me to pound sand. They were beyond unprofessional, fords britches have gotten too big. And let me tell you FORD this is still America, we can and will run your ass out of the states. Your rude and unprofessional attitude towards me , my entire family and all our friends are now getting rid of their fords. They basically told me it’s on me if my family and grandchildren die due to their recall. They want me to pay for a rental and pay for the parts before hand. I’m never owning another ford again. And I’m going to get rid of both the fords even if I have to burn em to the ground. Ford is done in this town. Guarantee!!
Breakdown of Trust
Breakdown of Trust: A Certified Pre-Owned Nightmare
If I could leave a negative rating, I would.
The Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) designation is meant to establish a bond of trust between the dealer and the customer, assuring them that the vehicle has undergone rigorous testing to guarantee its safety, quality, and longevity. My experience with Wyatt Johnson Ford shattered this trust mere months after driving off the lot.
Repeated Failures and Safety Concerns
My certified pre-owned vehicle demonstrated alarming failures almost immediately:
Two months after purchase: The vehicle failed, leaving me stranded and requiring costly repairs.
Weeks later: Significant safety issues were discovered, demanding further immediate attention and repair.
The following month: A major mechanical failure—a transmission issue—surfaced. The fact that this critical component was "missed" during the certification process is a severe indictment of the supposed "rigorous testing."
Just one week later: I was again left stranded on the side of the road for hours, awaiting a tow for yet another major, expensive failure.
This cascade of severe, unresolved issues demonstrates a profound lack of due diligence and an outright failure to uphold the CPO standard by Wyatt Johnson Ford.
Refusal to Engage or Resolve
The dealership’s subsequent actions—or lack thereof—further solidify the erosion of trust:
The issues have been reported to Ford Customer Care on two separate occasions.
A formal complaint has been filed with the Better Business Bureau (BBB).
In every instance, Wyatt Johnson Ford has refused to respond to these official inquiries, displaying a shocking indifference to customer safety and accountability.
Based on this experience, I would caution any prospective buyer against relying on Wyatt Johnson Ford. The promises inherent in their CPO program are demonstrably hollow, and I have zero confidence in the integrity of their service or vehicles. Do not risk the costly loss of trust and reliability that I have endured
I can’t believe that y’all would use…
I can’t believe that y’all would use Kirby smart as a promoter for Ford. I have always bought Fords. My husband has always bought Fords. My children have always bought Fords because of they were built on truth and integrity but for y’all to use Kirby smart in your commercials now. I just don’t Have any respect for him anymore so think about who you’re using as a Ford promoter. he is a cheater and a liar.
