I ordered LH & RH door handles for my…

I ordered LH & RH door handles for my 2001 Ranger based on their website description and part number. What I received was something completely different.

I sent photos of the difference between the parts and asked how we could get the issue resolved. FordDiscountParts.com has not returned my calls and responded to my email with an option for me to pay to send the incorrect parts back, pay a 20% restocking fee, and "trust" that they may or may not send me the right parts.

I now have to file a claim with my CC company to force them to let me return the parts. At this point I will find an alternate source for Ford Parts moving forward. This company does not have the correct information and can not be trusted.

I own a retail business and when we have the wrong information or make a mistake we make sure to correct the issue with as minimal impact to the customer as possible.

I have been trying to buy things outside of Amazon to support small businesses but if the hassle is this bad it might push back to paying Bezos . . . Sad.

Do better FordDiscountParts.com!

WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER

ordered part suggested by their website by my vin number and received an email stating that is was not the right part so I gave them the okay to ship the part that they suggested and they also increased my shipping charge and of course this was the wrong part, they will not or have not returned any emails, phone calls etc. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS !!!

BUYER BEWARE!
The worst customer experience I have seen! They are dishonest and not customer friendly. First, I go to their website and enter my Make, Model, and Year to shop for the part I'm looking for. I find the part I'm looking for and go to checkout. At checkout, they request my VIN number to ensure it is the correct fit. Their website states they will check the part against the VIN number and will not ship a part if the part does not match the VIN. Next, I receive a shipping notification and get the part a few days later. I immediately check to see if the part fits my Ford Expedition and it does not fit! The part even came with an installation manual for an F-150, clearly showing the part is not made for my vehicle! I notify their customer service and they tell me they will not accept returns or exchanges. I communicate that they sent me the wrong part and provided pictures. They have gone dark and not responded to my past 3 attempts to connect with them. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND COMPANY! They took my money and will not even give me an exchange for the correct part after they messed up the order!

stay away from this site

order a backorder part, they said will be in their inventory in 7 days, cancel the order before that, and charge me a 20% restocking fee when they didn't even ship the part. don't buy from them. not worth the money and time.
