My order had to come between 29 to 6 may.but not arrived yet and i caled on customer service but no reßponse,how can i track my order?

Today i have try to contact who ever is in charge to see if they have my correct information i.e my address i have alot of items to receive so if you need my address its 305 Hornsey Road flat 17 N194HD could you tell me how long i have to wait please

I ordered items online and paid just like 4days ago and my account was showing that is preparing but not I can not track my order, no details

I am trying to buy by FORDEAL site but my address {Jordan} is not available in the address list. What shall I do? How can I buy?

I don't advise anyone to buy anything from fordeal.com coz once you want to return the item and ask for refund you will never get it and they will keep telling you we will check and contact you in 24h nad no one care

The price gouging and some things that are overpriced, knowing that there are other places with a lower price, in addition to a large difference in prices from one country to another! At a price more than the currency difference!

I received mobile screen amplifier but it's not charging I called the fordeal number in dubai from internet but they didn't able to help me hoping to follow

Terribly bad products, never close to the pictures they show in quality.

Fordeal is THEIF BIG TIME I ordered a gown they send me something totally different very cheap quality different design and color.i ordered 2 shoes same size 38 one they send me 36 other 40 both useless for me i ordered rings got belt ordered hair cream got foot mask when i write to them they say sorry cannot change it is shipped and reached you pathetic no call centre to talk just RIPPING THE PEOPLE dont see the pictures and go crazy people they are the biggest con company online ...

I got what I expected. Although there was 1 item not available which will be refunded and credited on my credit card.
So far so good! Keep it up.

The rules that they wrote are not clear and even the hotline contact number they don't have 😡😡they cancel the order but my money still not yet in my bank account 😡😡😡😡

Its a horrible company and fraud too they dont exchange or refund for the products we purchase from them and they say u can have it as a gift.This is the message they sent when I asked for refund of the ugliest quality clothes they sent dear valued customer we dont have exchanging policy , we only can refund you with a percentage of your item amount + you can keep the item as a gift from us , so kindly send the pictures so we can do the needful , waiting for your kind reply.
Rubbish this is there should be people gathering to shut this wo called fake site.

I have ordered from here 3 times now, my orders have consisted of home furniture to clothes and doing up my girls rooms. I have loved the service that I get upon delivery and the fact you get called after a order to say when your items will arrive and a thanks for shopping with them. I have got lovley unique stuff from here at a decent price and they always come sooner than they are expected. The clothes are lovley here too some are hit and miss though
